Resolved with the queries on our business account with Fruidel. Completely satisfied with the customer service from Chloe.

Our milk went missing although it the rest was delivered so Javid kindly organised to send the missing milk back.

Chloe Storey was very helpful & efficient in addressing all the issues in the process of setting up the vendor & invoice processing.

Very good customer service, sorted out my query straight away.

I would say it is much better speaking directly on the phone rather than email is much better.

I have always found it difficult finding corporate catering partners that actually place customer service first, but I can confidently say that isn't the case with Fruidel. From the initial call every detail has been picked up on across brand options, order qtys and delivery special requirements, with such a welcoming and kind team behind it. Especially thanks to Javed, Ben and Patrick! Makes one part of the catering ops so much simpler.

Javid at Fruidel has provided excellent customer service since we switched to them a couple of weeks ago. The transition has been smooth, and he has been helpful and responsive throughout.

We have using Fruidel for 3 weeks now and I have been very happy with the service. Fruit is beautifully presented in a basket, fresh and a good assortment of different items. Milk is always fresh and long BBE dates and the best bit, it all gets put away in my kitchen when it arrives!

When reviewing costs Gareth was extremely helpful in keeping costs down while also being flexible with orders and was quick to respond- great service all round.
