FRUIT SO GOOD THEY PAY THERE STAFF TO WRITE FAKE REVIEWS 0 STARS

Been receiving weekly milk deliveries for our office from Fruidel for approx 2 years, mostly with good service. Unfortunately in the past few months deliveries started becoming erratic with frequently late deliveries arriving Monday afternoon as opposed to the Monday morning as paid for. We then received notification that they would no longer be able to deliver on Monday and we would only receive on Tuesdays between 8-5. We asked to cancel the contract as this did not work for us and was told that we have to give 6 weeks notice but they would now be able to deliver on Monday's again. Yesterday (being Monday) Milk arrived after 5pm when office had closed. Poor customer service with no notification of delays despite chasing.

Javid is always super responsive and happy to help us with our fruit and milk needs at Head office.

We weren’t receiving great fruit and comms weren’t the best, but I believe it’s important to recognise great customer service when it’s delivered.
Gareth Davies and Chloe Storey completely changed my experience. They both took the time to listen, responded promptly, and worked together to resolve the issues professionally and efficiently. Their proactive approach, clear communication, and genuine willingness to help restored my confidence and made a real difference.
