A webshop of this size should provide free returns when a product is damaged, faulty, or simply not as described or suitable. Instead, you end up paying the shipping costs twice: once for the delivery and again for the return. You are left without the product and are already €8 out of pocket.
A company of this size should not be operating this way. What’s more, nowhere is it clearly stated that the online store has no connection to the physical stores and that online purchases cannot be returned there.
This is absolutely disgraceful in this day and age.

The store in Budapest, Kerepesi Street and the whole company are a huge disappointment. I have been shopping here for years and today I tried to exchange a product - Real Nature Wilderness Pure Beef dry food - which I always buy here and my cat loves very much, but something changed in the last package, the food is much darker in color and my cat refused to eat it even after 3 days. I was completely rejected, despite asking to have the product examined, because there could be a problem with the entire series, so I finally had to file a complaint so that something would happen. If my cat were not allergic and this was not the product that finally worked for him, I would change it immediately and never buy from Fressnapf again. Unfortunately, I cannot do this at the moment, so I bought another package, with a different production number and I can only hope that there will be no problem with this and that I will get my money back someday.

Ordered online various dog foods, it said the order will arrive in max 3 days, after 6 days i called them because no package came, nor a notification about why not, and they said the order hasnt even been dispatched, cause they didnt have the dog food we ordered, and they dont know when would it arrive. So i cancelled the order, but i have to have backup money, as the refund will take another week to come, but the amount of stuff and food i ordered i already needed and i cant wait days again. Now i have to travel to the shop and buy everything in smaller proportions for more expensive price, as i cant take away a half cubic meter of stuff, thats why one would use a webshop and a courier. The whole situation is nonsense

The best quality pet food is found at Fressnapf with their home brand Premier. Highly recommend, pets love it and great value for money.
