This place is great at one thing: buying watches cheaply. They’ll tell you your watch is worth around $3,000, then turn around and list it on their website for nearly $2,000 more. I understand they need to make a profit, but the gap can be frustrating.

I tried selling my watch privately for months at the same asking price they were using and didn’t get much interest, so I understand the market isn’t always easy. Still, unless you’re looking for a quick sale and are willing to take a significant loss, I wouldn’t recommend the experience.

As for Rolex, the watches are fantastic, but the endless waitlist game has become unnecessary. If you know exactly what you want, buying from a reputable gray market dealer can save you a lot of time and hassle

Nice looking store but don’t ever try and sell/trade your watch there. Horrible experience. You can do better.

I purchased a pre-owned Rolex 35mm Yachtmaster for $8,500 from the Denver store in person. The salesman assured me, that, as a certified pre-owned (CPO) Rolex it had been serviced, the crystal replaced, would meet superlative chronometer standards of +/- 2s/day, and came with a two year warranty. After I owned the watch for 24 hours I found it was running fast. When I got home I put it on my timegrapher and found it was running at +8sec/day, far from the spec.
I told my salesman I wanted to return the watch, which I did. They deducted $500 from my refund.

Horrific company. I heard they just got rid of the original security Officer company. NO NOTICE to the guard staff whatsoever. Disrespectful and shameful. Poorly ran and out of touch corporations do this. Facts. Buy your watches and jewelry at a place that treats contractors better!!! The manager and staff at Fashion Mall are great people though!!! It's just the new owners.
