Arrived late and wilted
Flowers were a beautiful selection, but arrived a day late and although brought in as soon as received, they are already turning brown on the edges. Disappointed to pay the overnight shipping fee for shipping that took two days to deliver wilted flowers. Not to be rude, but flowers from the grocery store are fresher and much cheaper.

Disappointed
The bouquet that was sent was much smaller than expected and honestly looked nothing like the bouquets they advertise and show off on Instagram. A lot of the flowers were also browning and wilted by the time they were delivered. Definitely not worth the $75, I could’ve gone to the grocery store for flowers and made the same bouquet for much less, and it would’ve been fresher. Very disappointing because I was so excited to see them!

Flowers were suppose to be delivered…
Flowers were suppose to be delivered 6/8 but did not arrive until 10 minutes ago. Totally embarrassed and unhappy as it was my mother’s 78th birthday. Reached out to customer service yesterday and still no response. Terrible way to run a business and I will certainly not recommend or order from you again

We're so sorry that your flowers arrived late. When looking at your order, your Fresh Send left our HQ on June 7th with priority overnight shipping and for some reason were held up by FedEx. Very frustrating! We wish we could deliver all of our packages ourselves to ensure they arrive on time and in good condition however working with a third-party shipping partner, we have no control once the package leaves our hands. As for our customer service response time, it's our policy that we will respond within one business day. Gorgeous Bouquet!
The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and smelled quite fresh. They came on time for my sister's birthday/graduation (or what I liked to call it, her birthduation). She absolutely loved them too. Every time she walks past them, she stops to stare at them.

Flowers are beautiful...but
The flowers are beautiful, no doubt about that. And my mom really enjoyed it :) but I was a bit sad that I paid $25 for shipping when it took a little over a week for it to ship.
