These went above and beyond for me. Absolutely buzzing with them I ordered the wrong size for me little lad for his birthday and one quick email and they got it sorted for me the right size landed the next day just in time for his birthday. Thanks a bunch guys there’s a reason use are on the way up. It’s the little things that matter and use seem to get it 👍 awesome company to deal with and the quality of there clothes is up there with the best of them if am honest

I was expecting the coat on Friday
I was expecting the coat on Friday.
I waited in and received a text to say “as requested the delivery day has been changed to Monday”
I did not request this change as I needed the coat for Sunday for my daughter’s birthday & paid £7 for the expected delivery service.
It’s not the first time I had had trouble with this delivery service. Awful and unreliable.

We had a slight issue this week on a new top that had pull marks across the back, I contacted frequency, they replied promptly and offered to send a new top free of charge. Excellent customer service. Thanks
