I purchased a coat from Trailberg back in October for a Xmas present. In March the zip became faulty. I contacted Trailberg,who emailed me straight back and recommended i send coat back. As soon as they received the coat a new one was sent out which I received next day even though I was past the returns date. Amazing support from Trailberg. Answered every email I sent very prompt and friendly service. Five stars from me 🌟 😊

Rapid delivery
Rapid delivery, clothes are a smaller fitting than normal (leg length) they will be ok as I have nice ankles haha

Terrible
Would rate 0, they failed to give me a confirmation email. My order was late and now I want to exchange for bigger size, I am put through to a AI chat which keeps going around in circles! Asking me for another email, which I don’t have. I have an order number given by them and it will not work in the exchange portal. Waste of time, avoid

I’m really sorry you’ve had such a frustrating experience — that’s never what we want for our customers. You should have received a confirmation email, and I completely understand how annoying it is when the exchange portal doesn’t recognise your details.
Just to reassure you, your order wasn’t actually late — the bank holiday weekend caused a slight delay with deliveries.
If you can send us your order number and the email used at checkout, we’ll sort the exchange manually for you so you don’t have to go through the automated system again.
