Depuis le 28 février, ils sont en préparation.
J'ai contacté le site. Pas de réponse.
J'ai ouvert un litige le 06 mars, là on me dit que les produitssont en rupture de stock ...
Nous sommes le 10 mars. Pas de commande. Pas de remboursement. Pas de retour depuis ma réponse.

Die Bestellung hat bestens funktioniert und kam auch wie angegeben ohne Probleme bei mir an. Zu empfehlen ist eine bessere geruchsdichte Verpackung, da mein Nachbar das Paket angenommen hat und durch den Geruch des Paketes sehr irritiert war. Ich habe die Firma French Corner Shop bereits wohlwollend weiter empfohlen.

Great online shopping experience, even for a non-French speaking. I finally managed to got our favourite French coffee brand delivered in Dubai. The 4 stars rating is because of the expensive shipping costs which is 100% of the items cost. I'm sure there is equally efficient but much cheaper shipping companies out there.

Esperienza pessima, al limite della truffa. Non ho mai ricevuto la merce né il tracciamento dell'invio. Ho chiesto informazioni sulla spedizione e non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Impossibile accedere al mio account.
Impossibile anche accedere a Trustpilot. Chiedo la restituzione del pagamento.

I was very happy with my purchase this time, the best French coffee delivered with no problems. I previously had a problem with te FCS as one of the courriers just dumped my package in a pick-up shop a long way from where I live. But this time, delivery was excellent. I will use this shop again.

Everything good
Everything good! I decided to buy some biscuits, unfortunately they aren't sold in Italy. So I found this site searching for those biscuits. The price was cheaper than other online shops, maybe the cost of shipping is too much, but I decided to order as well. It was my first order from this shop, so I was a little bit afraid of loosing my money or to wait too much for shipping. Fortunately, you can pay with paypal, so I felt safer, and I received my items 7 days after the payment, with tracking number updated troughout days (tracking of Colissimo courier, then in Italy tracking with an Italian courier). Thank you.

The candy I wanted for the visit with my granddaughter was out of stock and the French Corner Shop promptly and courteously refunded the payment. It's nice to know there a way to order products from France online! I could buy M&M's in the USA, however, France banned some harmful dyes so the M&M's in France contain safer dyes.

Ein kleiner Tipp:
Produkte die gekühlt bleiben sollen vielleicht in eine kleine Kühltasche, Folie oder ähnliches verpacken.
Der Transport dauert nunmal ein paar Tage.
Bei mir kam alles gut an. War zu der Zeit aber auch nicht so warm draussen.

Après plusieurs commandes et quelques mésaventures dans le transport, je ne peux que les conseiller. Ils sont réactifs et très attentifs aux éventuels problèmes remontés. Je recommanderais les yeux fermés.

gut, aber ...
leicht zu bestellen, erstaunlich schnell geliefert. kontaktaufnahme dagegen schwer, antwort kommt sehr spät. im falle der in den falschen gebinden gelieferten mayonnaise gibt es wohl gar keine antwort ... die lieferkosten richten sich nach dem gewicht, das kann schnell sehr teuer werden.
