J'ai reçu ma commande avec des erreurs dans les articles commandés et certains produits étaient périmés. J'ai envoyé une demande de support, mais je n'ai toujours reçu aucune réponse après deux semaines. C'est dommage, car j'apprécie beaucoup ce magasin par ailleurs.

Disappointing 1st experience.
Order placed on 11 November was only received in December. The website stated only back order or shipped. Lack of professional follow up with client. When the order was received all the conserves were dented due to lack of proper packaging or protection. Disappointing 1st experience.

Clear scam
This website is a clear scam. I ordered items worth over £600 in early June. After chasing multiple times to get an update, they finally shipped the items in multiple parcels in September but I received only one parcel. I emailed them several times about the missing items - they answered it has been delivered (which is not the case!) and ignored all my emails since. It's now December and I'm missing most of the order. Beyond the missing delivery, this is the worst after-sales I have ever experienced

We’ve read your comment, and it seems there’s been a mix-up… We’d love to receive a £600 order (seriously, we wouldn’t complain!), but after checking, that has never happened. Also, we don’t sell frying pans or oven dishes – except maybe in our own kitchen for lunch!
French Corner Shop specializes in French food, not kitchenware. It’s possible you’ve come across a different site that, hopefully, didn’t burn your wallet (or your dinner).

The shipper (french-corner-shop) has to do a change. I contacted french-corner-shop on 18th an 22th october with new delivery information. No reply until now and only via truspilot. Bought a set of 3 oven dishes
Bought a set of 3 oven dishes, the larger of which arrived broken. Despite promptly contacting the France Corner, had to send multiple emails before they responded saying that it wasn’t their problem and they couldn’t help. Poor customer service and I would never buy from them again
