Money saving service
It's wonderful to be able to shop at various stores knowing you will get a 10% discount and get a refund on shipping. With the cost of shipping these days I would often hesitate buying something for fear I have to return it. Return shipping is included too!

I love the company and their reps. Savings are great, love that even more! Some times not often there is a problem with filling a claim at least the process which is not Free shippings fault. That being said they try very hard to rectify the problem. Over all free shipping is wonderful!

Joining freeshipping com was the best decision I ever made once I started shipping online. There is no other company under the same until that can compare. They offer the most benefits and contacting customer service is a breeze, The only thing I could think of that Gould be better is if they had more stores that I shop at on the website.

Site issues
(1) The new format for "My Savings" is horrible. I don't need to see my declined history from back to 2006. They were already explained and are no longer relevant. The last update was bad, but usable. This update is horrible & pretty much useless.
(2) ALMOST every time I purchase through the Freeshipping website, I have to go back and ask, "Where's my cashback?" Then I have to wait for a response, which usually comes within a day or two.
Then I have to send a copy of the invoice, which, if I'm getting a shipping refund, I already sent.
Then I have to wait again for a response from an agent, which is also within a day or two. Then I have to wait 7-8 weeks before I might get my cashback. With this process, I always have to keep track of what I have received and what is still pending. This step should not be necessary.
I have considered canceling my account a few times, but I always hope for the best and that the site will get better.
PLEASE DO BETTER!!!

If there is a consistent delay in seeing your cash back, you may be frequenting stores that take a little longer to send over your purchase information, or you may have an active extension that is blocking the tracking.
