My experience wasn't great but it wasn't horrible, either. It was just difficult to get a refund from one of the companies that I used because they don't participate in the program.

Free Shipping was a good idea but they have changed their policy... We pay $20 a month for the service & it used to be a maximum of $1000... FS has now changed it to $500... Not happy about this at all... Change policy & no notice to customers... Plus FS is selective on what they pay...
