Contacted my confused and elderly mum which ended up with her signed into a 2 year contract. My brother ans I always deal with her contracts and was only made aware when she started receiving text messages as she hadn’t paid the bill. She had become confused and didn’t know why the payment coming out of her account as she had always paid O2. The person on the phone had told her they were calling from O2. I am contacting ofcom to complain as contacting and taking advantage of vulnerable elderly people with higher charges

Like so many, I was told they were taking over/ part of o2. This obvious lie led me into their trap of signing up with them. I wonder if MR SHARAZ, ALI CHOUDRHY knows what his employees get up to. SCAMMERS

Stay away from this scam of a company. Claim to be part of O2. Do not return calls.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THE ARE THIFT,, U PROFESSIONAL and just a spam.
ARE HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH O2. ALL THOSE POSITIVE REVIEW ARE FAKE.

Straight forward to complete , very helpful staff

This company hounded me with phones calls 2/3 times a week for months claiming they were part of O2!
As my contract had come to an end with O2 they promised they could reduce my bills! Non of my bills have been correct and the last 2 are extortionate!!!!
Stick with O2 is my advise.
Has anyone had success cancelling direct debits with clear vision?
Does there contract even stand for anything?

Scam alert
They rang my elderly mother and told her it's 02 and have tried to overcharge her every month. We have tried to cancel several times and they keep telling us that we will get a call back which never happens. They refuse to provide a pac code for mum and she has a monthly contract which she has cancelled twice now and they refuse to cancel. There is no long term contract so she can cancel a month before which she has done via email and via calls. I will be reporting them asap

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! THEY ARE NOT PARTNERED WITH O2 AND LOCK YOU INTO CONTRACTS THAT ARE HARD TO GET OUT OF. WOULD NOT LET ME CANCEL CONTRACT AND ARE TRYING TO CHARGE ME £600+

All the positive reviews are fake. Avoid this company they are not part of O2.

They lock you in to 3 year contracts that are very difficult to get out of.

They contact O2 customers when their contract is due for renewal, claiming to be part of O2. This is a lie.

Avoid them at all costs, they are absolute charlatans.

I was told that they could reduce my bill but I am now paying double the amount I've tried to contact them but no reply this company is a scam and I'm contacting the onbus man to report this company stay away from them don't make the same mistake I did .

Excellent customer service skills, very polite and positive to deal with. I would recommend clear vision communications to everyone. A big thank you once again

Stuck in a 36 month contract wish I’d have stayed with 02😞

Kirran answered all my queries clearly and helped me understand the terms of my contract. I was able to reduce my bills early. Cant fault their customer service

Quick prompt service, everyone was really helpful, all options was discussed with me and I appreciated the time and effort to provide me with the best deal.

Helped me get a new phone when mine broke - made it easy for me and the phone was here the next day. Lovely staff

Do Not Trust This Company - They are NOT transparent and basically lie to get you to switch to ClearVision. They told me they were a partner of O2 - when I asked if they just piggybacked off of O2 or if they were an actual partner, I was told they were a partner. They are NOT a partner, they are an independent company which I only found out after I apparently left O2 - to be fair, I should have realised if they were asking for a PAC code something was up...they are very convincing - be careful.

48 hours later I realised they weren't with O2 (only found out because I tried to access my account). I called and tried to get my PAC code - basically, they wouldn't give it to me. It has now been 4 working days and I still can't get my PAC code... Do not be fooled, I asked a lot of questions, and their manager, "Edward" was slick. There is no transparency, obviously, they are just out for the sale...

Update: Date 22/6/23 - my number was switched over
23/6/23 - I realised they actually weren't O2 or a partner of O2 although that's what I was told. Called to cancel and to get my PAC code.
26/6/23 - emailed a formal complaint to ClearVision
30/6/23 - after calling daily (8 days later) I finally received my PAC code.

These guys are scammers! Be aware.

Warning, not part of 02 but a seperate company who sell you 02 contracts!!
I was supposed to be on a sim only plan pay monthly and not a contract.
I have been lied to, it is a contract until 2025!!!!!
Also the contract has doubled in price in the first 12 months!!!!!
Avoid this company at all costs, I will be contacting CISAS about this rogue company!!!!!!!!!!

Clearvision contacted me stating they were a part of 02 and could give me a better deal. They had all my information so I believed they were a part of O2. The first bill l received was more expensive. l went to my 02 account to check and found it had been closed down. O2 have told me they are not part of their company they just use the o2 network. This company are liars and l have complained and they said we are looking into cancelling the contract and will get back to me.
I’d advise against anyone using this company.
