Clear Vision Communications/Symphony are NOT partners with O2. When asking for my PAC number they advised me O2 were having internal problems sending these out, RUBBISH I spoke to O2, and they are not having internal problems, they do NOT work with this company and they did not have any of my details on their system. CVC will say to you to look at your phone it says O2, do not be fooled, they can easily change the system to their advantage.
My advice is steer clear!

This company should not be in business after the way I was treated. Tried to get my PAC code but just received excuses and then after my 5th phonecall to them they would only issue it after I had paid them a huge settlement fee. This is wrong as other companies give it out when requested and only bill you for settlement after you have changed provider.

Do not touch this company absolutely horrific experience experience from start to finish. And when I say start to finish I was only with them a month and spent hours trying to get out. Reply quickly when they need you to sign up, but after sales service forget it. Stay away.

I had a terrible experience being stuck in a 24-month contract with a high tariff. It was supposed to be cheap and affordable, but they hid extra costs during the contract. I didn't receive a new handset, and they even charged me international rates while I was on an island in Spain, despite not making calls. No one got back to me, and the customer service is really poor. I can't wait for this nightmare with this company to end. My advice: Do not join them!

So been with the clear vision communication for the past 3 years now, just renewed my contract again, Hassle free, I had 1 issue over the past 3 years and that was dealt with effectively by the admin team.

If your looking for sim only or contract loads to choose from, grab yourself great bargain.

I have had several contracts in the past and present with Clear Vision Comms and they have always been excellent in several ways. Their customer service is impressively quick and customer-focused. They've always been ready to assist promptly.

And, when I visited their office in person, I was impressed by the professional and well-maintained environment. This, along with their fair pricing and bonuses, makes them a standout choice for getting myself a mobile data plan or a new mobile phone on a contract or purchasing outright.

I was having really bad connection issues with o2 and i didnt know what to do. Contacted clear vision and they were so friendly and welcoming they gave me a very good deal and promised me that i would have the best network provided by them- i have had no issues with the network in last couple of weeks. Thanks to clear vision, will be switching all my family over once they are out of their contracts

This company is a scam and trust me all the positive reviews are fake. What this company does is switch o2 customers to business accounts by lying to them and saying their contract is up for renewal. I have phones o2 and they have stated that clear vision is NOT partnered with them.

Currently dealing with this company who miss-sold a phone contract in October 2022 to my elederly mother., saying they were from Telefonica under the guise they were renewing her existing contract with O2. It was a new contract which my mother wasn't aware of, they have said they don't send contracts, even though in their published T&C's it says they do. Apparently its a verbal contract, they can't supply a recording and don't even have my mothers full name.
They have constantly hassled my mother with texts and have now cut her off. My mother has been paying O2 consistently. I'm not sure why O2 are even allowing them to sell on their behalf. Avoid at all costs!
UPDATE: Issue has now been resolved, however it did mean paying them to reconnect and release PAC back to O2.

Contacted my confused and elderly mum which ended up with her signed into a 2 year contract. My brother ans I always deal with her contracts and was only made aware when she started receiving text messages as she hadn’t paid the bill. She had become confused and didn’t know why the payment coming out of her account as she had always paid O2. The person on the phone had told her they were calling from O2. I am contacting ofcom to complain as contacting and taking advantage of vulnerable elderly people with higher charges

Like so many, I was told they were taking over/ part of o2. This obvious lie led me into their trap of signing up with them. I wonder if MR SHARAZ, ALI CHOUDRHY knows what his employees get up to. SCAMMERS

Stay away from this scam of a company. Claim to be part of O2. Do not return calls.
