Having spoken to Adam twice in the last few days, I have been extremely impressed by not only his knowledge, but by his patience and willingness to help. Never once making me feel rushed. If only all companies had someone so helpful!

Has been over a year Iv left them and I still get texts msgs to say I’m under there contract!! What a joke..

This company is nothing but a scam.

They called me, didn't make it clear that they weren't from my actual phone provider. I signed a contract, then cancelled it. When I called to do so, the sales person was rude (she had been nice as pie originally) and put the phone down on me. Despite calling twice and sending an email for confirmation of the cancellation they have never sent one. And it turns out they were more expensive than renewing my contract with my phone provider.

Was sold an amazing deal which best suited my needs.

Got a better deal from clearvision than my previous provider O2. Initially not great after accepting the deal I was then contacted several times asking to switch to them, telling them I had already agreed a deal with them was frustrating. Since switching though have had no problems and when I did have an issue with a roaming charge it was sorted. Just got off the phone with Joe, who has kindly sorted a new phone case for me.

I'm assuming the positive reviews are from friends of employees trying to push up the positive reviews. Avoid at all costs I have contacted consumer complaints/BBC regarding this company. I'm surprised they're still operating. Take any positive review as false.

Dealt with a guy called Harris, very helpful and resolved me issue really quickly.
Great customer service.

After a couple of calls regarding my issues I called again on June 11th and Harris was the representative who assisted me. He was 1st person who was able provide all the information required to get me back up and running after several days without mobile service.

Excellent manner very helpful and patient as a senior citizen it was good to be treated like a adult
