Beautifully designed rear entry vans. Their design has proven itself over many years.
Just took delivery of my second van in the last seven years.
Unfortunately, there appear to be organizational disconnects that result in repetition, confusion and diminished quality control.
In summary, the product they sell is one of the best while the company itself could really benefit from a thorough organizational review.

Work was performed well on my own chassis. Very professional, but not to the specs we discussed. Follow up with staff post conversion is very poor with no responses, call backs or solutions. Not very pleased with service, but workmanship was excellent.

This is my third rear entry minivan conversion since 2000. All three vehicles were done perfectly and have provided reliable wheelchair transportation. We take our daughter everywhere we go.

They took extra work day to make it right. Out of their way to make my van right.

Communication is key. Especially when dealing with Freedom Motors and the VA. We were not kept informed during the long process. Our free gift came broken. But we are very happy with our vehicle! After purchase we couldn't get any response from anyone from Freedoms Motors about floormats, the 2nd key, or about switching out the wheelchair locks in the van. I would recommend Freedom Motors if u are local in MI where u can reach someone there but not long distance.

Looking back, I wish I would have gone through a different company. The people were nice, and helpful when I asked, but...
- they told me the car would take 2 months and it took nearly 5
- the car took so long, I had to re-apply for the loan... the second time around they wanted $2,000 additional down, and my interest rate was higher.
-the car arrived with many scratches and nicks... it's a brand new car!
-the cars interior was dirty upon arrival... running my fingers across the dash... black!!!
- the car had no directions on how to use the locking system or tie down systems that were actually useful. It took me 3 hours to figure out the tie downs and I'm still unsure... I feel like they should provide a YouTube video link or something.
-the guy who delivered it didn't check an ID or anything... the cars battery was dead when it got here!!!

A lot more went wrong than right in my opinion.

The service we received getting our van here was great. The after delivery service from our salesman not so much. I have messaged this salesman on June 9th, 12th, 15th and 21st with the same questions and he has NOT returned my messages. It's sad to have one individual ruin the experience for us. I would however hightly recommend the product they put forth.

We are very pleased with our 2014 Kia Soul from Freedom Motors. The staff were courteous and very helpful! They went above and beyond with the local Kia dealership to correct an errant warning light. The rear entry accessible ramp is easy to use and easy on backs, legs and arms since it is spring loaded. We love our Freedom Motors Kia! And they delivered it right to our door in Pennsylvania! Thanks Britteny!

Vehicle met my expectations. A couple of minor fit and finish issues. Over all a excellent value for the money.
