Unbelievable incompetence
Unbelievable incompetence considering the company is founded on serving the needs of the disabled. Took a vehicle in for service which took almost 5 weeks and the repair (sliding door and wheelchair ramp) failed immediately. GM at the Alexandria VA store is as unfit for the job as the service technician that botched the repair and returned it without fixing the problem. Extraordinary lack of communication from them. Of dozens of calls to get updates, only 2 were made from them to me. I was charged 3x the retail cost for parts, and didn't warranty anything. If you are disabled and need your accessible vehicle fixed in a timely and professional manner, God help you if you go to MW.
