First time leasing, decided after researching second hand options which prices were far too high , was advised to lease by family member who has leased for years, fixed monthly payment and no resell value problems. Chris, Cherie, Jane and Courtney could not have been more helpful, they'd explained the current issues of vehicle production and delivery delays that they were dealing with and this after dealing with Brexit and the Pandemic previously. But luckily my choice of car was only 5 weeks away , very happy with the service from beginning to end , will be recommending Freedom to everyone. Thank you

Exceptional service yet again from Freedom.

Great service from all staff and always available to help, would recommend to anybody who is new to leasing as I didnt have much background information on how it all works and they talked me through the whole process.

This is the second time I have used Freedom Vehicle Contracts Limited to lease my car.

On both occasions they have been superb. However, this time during the pandemic they have gone above and beyond when assisting with my lease.
My new car was due to be delivered on the 27/03/20, however the country went into lock down.

Throughout the lock down I was able to contact Freedom and little to my knowledge their Managing Director was dealing with my queries.
I must say their attention to detail is excellent and they are approachable.
Great customer service is hard to maintain and as per my comments above they have excelled.

Freedom vehicle leasing are a fantastic company to deal with from the first phonecall. The staff are prompt to respond to queries by email then once you place an order by telephone also. All paperwork is electronic so easy to fill in and send back.
This is the second vehicle I have had from them and recognised some of the employees names from the previous time(always good when a company has the same staff with experience and knowledge of their business). I have never been misled with vehicle delivery timescales from Freedom and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

This is the second time I have used Freedom Vehicle Contracts for a private run lease car. This was a replacement for our existing vehicle. This was the best value deal after looking a few different providers in October 2019. We needed to make sure this car was ready for replacing with our current car, the team at Freedom did their best and kept in touch with us to make sure there would be a delay. Once the car, spec and lease conditions were all agreed, we could get the vehicle ordered. We were kept informed regularly when there was an update for us to know about. The vehicle was actually ready to be delivered around a month early, we were able to have this held for a short period to release the vehicle once we were ready and coincide with a registration plate change. A very good service, very easy to have a clear picture of what was going on with the order and delivered when we needed the vehicle. Would happily recommend and will be looking to use them again
