Pruners were fine
Pruners were fine, but delivery was not good. It took over two weeks to deliver because they said my post box wasn't big enough , and pruners would not go through . I was happy for them to be left , and annoyed that they could not knock on my door and hand them to me, as i am always in as 71 and retired , it just seemed a bit silly , if they won't leave them how do i get my delivery ?? Lady at Frankton's was great and got back to my complaint very quickly , and asked for my order to be left on doorstep . Strangely, i managed to post the pruners through the letterbox as a test , so not sure what the delivery people are doing ?

Zero stars if I could.
Bought a bench which honestly timber is cheap quality. Cracks in most of the wooden planks. Sendt one part then asked for another one and denied. Zest should not sell these cheap benches.

Hello Mo, thank you for your order with Frankton's. You ordered a bench that arrived with a few issues, so we arranged replacement parts to be sent. You accepted the parts and we made a partial refund as a good-will gesture. A few weeks later you contacted us again about the same bench. You wanted to keep the bench with a 50% refund of the purchase price. We denied the refund but instead offered a complete replacement, as we wanted you to be 100% happy with the product.

No response after purchase
1 email after purchase. No follow up.. No answer on phone. No receipt. No communication on delivery. Item arrived unknown when. Couple of marks on item. But price was right

Good service and when there was a an issue with the delivery it was promptly sorted.
I ordered a wooden bench as it was the best price I could find at any Garden Centre / Retailer. Good service although there was a problem with the courier (Parcel Force) as the tracking number quoted said it was never collected. A couple of emails, which were promptly answered and as live about 30 miles from their premises it was actually delivered by a member of staff two days later.

Queried my order as had read reviews that you do not receive the item in picture messaged franktons and was assured you do but I didn’t received a cheap self assemble item not even the same colour!
DONT BUY FROM THEM con merchants just cheap rubbish!
Then why when you click on medium and small does it show the same picture and doesn’t say any different in item description…the item you actually receive is held together by cable ties!

I'm sorry that you did not have a good experience with us. You contacted us to query the colour of a product via our online chat and showed us a picture of a Large Tuteur, which we retail for £199.99. You subsequently made an order for a much cheaper product, a medium Tuteur, at £36.99, which explains the difference in size, colour and quality. We apologised for any confusion, and let you know that we would arrange a collection and refund of the item.

A set of build instructions missing
A set of build instructions, would have made the assembly easier. Although not overly difficult it would have helped. Great product very happy otherwise
