Warren was absolutely brilliant from the moment I walked in. He helped me choose the perfect carpet and some artificial grass, taking the time to explain the options without any pressure. His product knowledge was spot on, and he made the whole process quick, easy, and stress-free. Great communication, great prices, and genuinely excellent customer service.

Superb service from the guys at the Redcar Branch, especially Connor and Andrew who we dealt with, We had an issue with a previously purchased carpet and Connor rectified the problem immediately. Very helpful and professional.

Whose Ian as per your reply.?

Great Service from Julie thank you so much for your help & guidance.
Fabulous Price & supporting our local community.

great service from Julie at Bishop Auckland fantastic. Thank you very great job yet again.

Ian is an absolute gent and wonderful ambassador for the store. Their store has the message playing that they are built upon customer care and this is exactly what we have experienced today. The measure of people and a business is what happens when things need a little help and support. Franks are all that you could wish for and more. We very rarely leave reviews as they all read a little bit staged. But this is genuine from people who have lived their lives in and around Stockton.
Thank you Ian and your team. You truly have gone over and above.
5* and some.

I visited the coulby Newham store recently and had been served my Nathan. Nathan was very helpful and had great knowledge about all the different styles of flooring, he then helped me pick the best flooring for my living room with a great price. Thank you

Very helpful service from Mal at Coulby Newham. Has great product knowledge.

I visited the Bishop Auckland store with a vague idea of what I wanted, but feeling quite overwhelmed at all of the choices. Julie took the time to explain to me what my options were and explained the difference in flooring types to me. I was able to upgrade from what I originally thought I would get and still came in on budget. She didn't give me a hard sell and left the decision to me. Thank you again Julie!!
