Horrible service

If I could leave one star I would

If I could leave one star I would. This is absolutely the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my 50+ years of dealing with companies. I was lied to on several occasions on my delivery. I am now at a point where I will be contacting my bank to report as fraud for the delivery that I never received.

If I could give them ZERO stars

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. They have canceled my shipment 3 times and have lied as to the reason, attempting to blame the store when they actually have my furniture. I would NEVER use them if I were a business. They do not communicate, they lie, they will only deliver if you put pressure on them to deliver and threaten them. I placed my order first week of October, 3 canceled delivery dates and they still have not delivered. They need to close their business.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

On 17 Nov I scheduled my delivery online for 29 Nov. I received 9-10 automated calls regarding scheduling after I scheduled and received a confirmation email. Got an automated call on 28 Nov notifying the time window of delivery was 9am-1pm. The day of delivery no package showed up and no contact was made to stated what was going on. I sent an email at 1:12 pm regarding the situation. By 3 pm FragilePak never responded, so I contacted AAFES to let them know about the situation. The rep pulled up the info in the system and confirmed the they were showing the same delivery info from FragilePak. She sent a message to them regarding the shipment, but got no response. I was given the contact number to call and inquire about the package. I then called FragilePak at 3:14 pm and was told the driver was behind schedule and was going to let her know what time he would be delivering the package in 5 min. The agent said she would call me back in 5 min with the new arrival time. That call NEVER came!!! At 7:41 pm I received the following text "Due to unforeseen circumstances we will not be able to make the delivery on 29 Nov 2023. To reschedule your delivery please click xxxxxx. Reply STOP to unsubscribe"

No call back, no show, nothing! I rescheduled for 1 Dec. At 6:06 am I get a response to the email from the day prior with the following message "Thank you for reaching out to us.

I apologize for the delay in my response, we are experiencing a high volume of emails.

I have verified your order XXXXXXX and noticed that the delivery date was rescheduled for 12/01." Nothing regarding what happened or apology for the issue. Ridiculous

The yard puppy was the rudest person

The yard puppy was the rudest person. I asked for help 3 times and finally he got an attitude and told.me.to drop my trailer (MAN), ps. I'm a woman. I didn't want to cause destruction on their property so.i asked for help so i wouldn't run over the fence, their lot is very narrow and alot of traffic. He was extremely rude.

fragilePAK as third party delivery

I am currently trying to have FragilePAK pick up an item. So far it’s been delays to even book a time for pick up, and then they called the day before, saying that they don’t have a driver and want to reschedule. It literally takes them WEEKS to pick an item up. I am flabbergasted that a company would even use them as a third party delivery service. It will be hilarious to see how this turns out. I am expecting them to not pick it up on the rescheduled day. Customer service don’t even know what they are saying, e-mail always says different from what they tell you in the phone. At that point I am going to deal directly with the company I purchased from, bc this is already ridiculous. Expecting this company won’t be around much longer based on their business practices.

Update, it’s now been 4 WEEKS since they were to pick up a return item on behalf of LoveSac. Customer service called and rescheduled the pick up for Saturday, which was fine by me. However, they did say that it would most likely be in the afternoon. NOT the case, it was at 6am. Did they show up? Ha, of course not.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

Cudos to the Fragilepak team

i ordered a recliner loveseat 3 times from Amazon and each time it was undeliverable from another LTL last mile delivery company for as many reasons. After the 3d, I ordered from AAFES. Fragilepak scheduled the delivery, called us 20 min prior. Arrived on time, had an outstanding team. Quick, courteous, friendly and efficient. There was no damage to loveseat or my home. It was really refreshing to have a seamless non-eventful delivery. Cudos to the Fragilepak team!

Incompetent, slow, and useless x3, rude, and now shameless

A 0 rating should be possible because this company is so ridiculous and unprofessional it’s baffling. I filled out the form three times stating there were more than three flights of stairs and no elevator. They kept resending me the form to schedule a delivery date anyways and every time it would say someone needs to contact me to schedule the confirmed delivery date due to the stairs. No one contacted me till I reached out and emailed them. I FINALLY get a confirmed delivery date and window. Guess what? No one shows up. Despite getting a voicemail and email saying they will call 30 minutes prior to delivery, nothing again. They claim to have attempted a delivery while I was home all day. State there’s more than three flights and no elevator so they can’t deliver, and they need to reschedule. This WAS ALREADY communicated to them ATLEAST THREE times, yet they still didn’t know? AGAIN, NO ONE CONTACTS ME. The delivery window passes and I have to call their number to figure out what is happening only to be told they “tried” and they now need APPROVAL for a third person (which again, they knew they needed from the start). This approval now takes up to 72 hours because they need to email the distributor. Yes, email. Which now means I have to wait at least 3 days to even figure out when I can reschedule this delivery to. This will undoubtedly be a date at least two weeks out since they can’t communicate among themselves and coordinate anything properly in a timely manner. Obviously, I know no one is going to contact me again as this is their precedent. So I have to either use their useless email that takes over three days to get a response or just keep calling and harassing them for answers. Their incompetence is so astounding, I have no idea why any retailer would use them, let alone a higher end furniture company. Even the service rep I talked to continued repeating that it was their fault and should have communicated better. This is clearly a running issue for them based on their reviews. Absolute trash service, I wish I did not have to utilize them for delivery and I am tired of dealing with their ineptness.

UPDATE:
So they called me back 72 hours to tell me they don’t have approval. A WHOLE week goes by and I still don’t hear anything from them. I finally call only to be told they are STILL waiting for approval. They are going to resend a reminder EMAIL and get back to me again in 72 hours. What a joke of a company. The guy on the phone was so rude and even hung up on me without saying anything. They are so disorganized they cannot even give me someone else to contact and figure out what is going on with this so called approval. An approval they should have obtained before the first delivery attempt. Now they’re trying to shift the blame to the place of purchase because they’re a joke. Don’t take responsibility for anything, no solutions, nothing. Just sending emails and then playing dumb going “what can we do?” when asked for answers. I don’t know maybe your job and actually coordinate the delivery.

UPDATE 11/29/23:
I suppose you guys are just straight up shameless. It ha now been three weeks. I don’t know why you are responding to my review and asking me if the order status has been updated. When you clearly know that there has been no updates at all whatsoever because you also responded asking for the order number so you could follow up with what happened. As expected, and as stated in my previous update to this review, no one reached out. There has been absolutely no update whatsoever. Nobody has called me as you promised when I reached out to customer service, nobody has given me any sort of update either. I reached out to the retailer and they tell me they have not heard from you. I reached out to you and you tell me that you need to email them and you have not heard back from them. Furthermore, I spoke with the retailer over the phone and they informed me that you had attempted another delivery the next week that I was never notified about or even informed of. I wouldn’t have even known about this ”attempt” unless I had reached out to them, and they checked their records. There was no attempt to reach out to me and even reschedule at this time. You guys are completely shameless to be responding to this review yet again asking if there’s any updates, if you put a senior level representative on this, as you claim you have I should have some sort of update at this point, but there is still nothing. This level of incompetence is truly astonishing. Your customer service is absolutely garbage, no matter how many times I reach out to them and ask for an update, they tell me the exact exact same thing. Just as useless online, responding with the exact same thing to this review as well. Maybe for once at least try and do your job.

Nothing arrived.
Scheduled a delivery and no one showed up.
Not even a phone call.
Paid laborers to bring up stairs and the trucking company didn't show up or call.
Cost my $300 for laborers to stand around
Absolutely disgraceful and now you are too busy until the 17th November.
How about you service the customers you screwed over before you deliver to someone else.

Delivery was dropped and damaged my…

Delivery was dropped and damaged my washer and dryer. After a month of going back and forth with the place of purchase, we finally made scheduled a date and time for Fragilepak to pick up the damaged goods. I was given a time window of 10:30AM - 2:30 PM with an alert text 30 mins prior to arrival. They never came! This is beyond frustrating. I wouldn’t be in this mess if Fragilepak didn’t damage my order in the first place! Horrible company!

Update: my ticket was “escalated” and all they said was that they’d reach out and stopped communication with me. The link they gave me to reschedule led to nowhere! Again, HORRIBLE SERVICE AT EVERY LEVEL!

I am just so disappointed in FragilePak…

I am just so disappointed in FragilePak and with Appliances Connection that used this company for delivery of my refrigerator.It was "picked up" over a month ago and has been "in transit" since then, it does not take a month to get anywhere in the United States.
Although the young man on the phone was very nice when I inquired about my delivery (255U1605232), there was disappointment when I found out my refrigerator had been sitting in a transit warehouse hub in Georgia less than 4 hours from my house. It was there for something he called a "quality check on the product packaging" or some ethereal excuse pulled out of someone's backside that made no sense. I don't think they are doing anything of the sort, someone needs to get deliveries going, shipments don't sit in warehouses or take over month to arrive unless there are some serious problems at the mid-level management.
For this company to be successful they better get off their duffs and start moving the shipments.
In short, I want my refrigerator!!!

UPDATE:
I did get a call the following day regarding the delivery of my refrigerator. I applaud the upper level management that got the wheels greased and the ball rolling. The gentleman that called me was quite knowledgeable and determined to get my refrigerator to me as quickly as possible. We set a date and the refrigerator was delivered on time, the very day before my closing. I thank you for that.
All is good now.

Awful

Awful. I can go back years and show where they never deliver and always have an excuse on time. Sometimes we have been made to wait near a month while it’s at the delivery center even after scheduling. They will tell you what you want to hear and then not come through. This usually leads to us having to request to come pick it up ourselves so that my husband doesn’t have to keep missing work. I don’t know how they get hired.

Bad automation but good people

Update 20231025:
Package was successfully delivered. With current customer service and other customer interventions in place, I do not think I would have received my order as timely as I did with the support from the team responding to this review chat. I'm increasing the rating but would avoid ordering from businesses that use Fragilepak in the future. The automated system is too primitive to work effectively when human interaction resolved this matter within 7 business days.

Update 20231023:
Fragilepak forwarded this data and I received notice of pending delivery date. I will alter rating score upon successful receipt of goods.

Update 20231020:
Fragilepak responded to this review within 72h. I responded on 20231020. I have not received my second (first) shipment. I am still pending 3x armless chairs for delivery. I receive the automated text message and complete the questionnaire, but my concern is that because the order is listed as complete online, I am not getting phone calls for delivery date window. 723U1554271 order number. The questionnaire acts as an individual instance and the number counts from initial contact, so it looks like I've received over twenty questionnaire attempts, which is inaccurate.

Initial review:
Fragilepak has automated too many of their processes with underperforming services. An auto text will go out notifying you that you have a pending delivery. In order to lock a time window in, you must answer a phone call that appears to call at 15min past the next hour from which you answered the delivery questionnaire. On the call, if at any point you make any noise after the first time you speak, the number to hangs up. Since it's automated, an attempt to call back results in a carrier number doesn't exist statement.

I ordered outdoor furniture almost three months ago now and still only have 40% of my purchase.

I "missed" my first delivery window because I didn't get the 30min delivery window on delivery day. I got a text when the delivery team was 7min out and then a phonecall from dispatch asking if I was home 2min later. Despite being on the way home and only 10min away, it was determined I would be counted as a no show as the team wouldn't wait. The furniture would have only just been offloaded by the time I arrived, was completely manageable, especially after failing to provide advanced notice of arrival in the time window in which I was told they would contact me.

All that said, the delivery team on the second shipment was great, professional and efficient.

I am still waiting for my delivery today…the delivery appointment states oct 16 2023 with a window of 12pm-4pm today and I still haven’t seen anyone come by yet… 304U1610432

UPDATE: They came! On time and were super nice and were respectful of my home and delivered my package with care and no damage (except for the wobbly leg that wouldn’t screw in properly during installation). Rudy and Derry from Cornerstone Dallas were very professional and provided a great delivery experience. Thanks guys! (Due to the other reviews I read, I was VERY nervous that my delivery was going to be disastrous but it turned out alright and I am a happy customer) Rating changed to 5 stars :D

They do not respond to customer…

They do not respond to customer service, they do not communicate, they have missed my delivery window after holding my package in their warehouse for 6 days with no contact. It is a ship to STORE delivery so there is no excuse.

Update, in addition, the customer service phone number they provided me when I contacted them via their online form was a disconnected number. According to their website tracking, my item arrived in their local warehouse on 10/7/2023, and sat there until it was delivered on 10/19/2023. Even though we had a scheduled delivery window of 10/13/2023, which they failed to make any contact or attempted contact about prior to non-delivery.

Goods was supposed to be deliver from 1…

Goods was supposed to be deliver from 1 pm - 5 pm and didn’t showed up at all. Called the customer service hotline and stated the warehouse was closed on the day of delivery, and they don’t even know why it happened, well that’s baffling. Now I have to wait another week, that could possibly be deliver on the projected date since they can’t even answer any of my question. According to the customer service hotline maybe Monday I’ll get an answer.

New update from the company: called the customer service hotline (9 October around 830 am) and they stated they’ll call me at 2 pm EST. Well, no call from them and I called back for a follow and they stated it could take 72 hours to get an answer. Well, that’s epic, asked for the regional manager and it’s considered closed information. Got the supervisor, and I swear they are brainwashed as well, and no one has an answer. Here’s my point, I’ve allocated time that was given by the company, and they failed to provide services, now that I’m asking for some type of solution or something I have to play the waiting game. And I’m still couchless…. Morrisville warehouse (North Caroline)who is working over there to give me answers. It seems that no one can provide this epic answer of why my couches are not deliver or why they can provide an earlier date. Then again, it’s not even guaranteed that you’ll even show up. I don’t even know why AAFES even partnered up with them.
