I returned the item that I purchased because it arrived well past its ETA after my trip had already passed, just to find it being sold on Amazon for half the price. Cheap quality & not as shown on the website!!! They stopped responding to my emails after I kept inquiring about my return that I should be refunded for. I even have a tracking number & paid for return shipping - this is a joke!!!

I never received the sweater that I ordered and it was two months ago. No one responds to inquiries either. Bad!

If I could give them a 0 star review I would. Ordered a sweater in May. Wasn't as advertised so returned 10 days later per their return instructions. Many emails going back and forth, they confirmed they received the sweater on 7/17 (they had received it on 5/16). Have sent additional emails asking for my money back and still have not received. Don't do business with them.

Got some very cute leg warmers. Arrived within the week after I ordered them. Happy with my purchase. Very soft yarn and fabric

Really bad customer service. They won’t send me a return RMA. What they sent me was crap. Bad material. Bad fit.
Update on review: after sending multiple emails to Fox sweaters they finally sent me an RMA number which you need to return an item. Then multiple more emails trying to get my money back and all I got was crickets. Finally, I got an email asking for proof that I sent it to them. When I sent a screenshot of my receipt from UPS,o I eventually got a refund, although not all of my money just a portion of it. Terrible customer service and a terrible company. If I hadn’t sent them 10 emails, I would never have gotten my money back.

I ordered 2 sweaters at the same time, they were shipped separately but no big deal. It took approximately 3 weeks for them to ship. I received an email saying the one sweater was delivered in the mailbox which is locked, it never was. The second sweater has been out for delivery for 2 weeks with absolutely no updates. This company is a scam.

I ordered a nice looking sweater over the Internet. It took a month to arrive, And when it did, it looks nothing and fit nothing like the photos on the website… The material is thin – the stitching is terrible – and the fit is Nonexistent . Now I have looked at the return Policy for Foxsweaters- There is no contact information, you have to pay for shipping to return it – and then they charge you a fee for sending it back. This company and their policies are corrupt.

Thank you to the person who wrote first review about www. foxsweater. com. I saw a cute sweater set but I’ve never heard of this company before so I looked them up. Obviously, they scrubbed reviews from internet because you can’t find and reviews about this clothing website. Luckily, I found the only review they were unable to scrub on Trustpilot. I will definitely stay away from this shady company & website! Thank you first reviewer!!!

They are a scam! Ordered sweater that was never shipped. Told them to cancel the order. I wanted complete refund. Then they decided to ship sweater anyway. I said it was canceled and wanted complete refund, but they won't give complete refund, telling me I owe them $10 for shipping! Rip off! I am disputing the charges with my bank. Another scam overseas company. SHOP USA!!! DON'T SHOP HERE!
