I couldn't find any stock in Australia for my daughter's chosen colour of electric guitar for her Christmas present, even at the start of December. The pandemic has made Christmas shopping difficult. Despite the challenges, Found Sound managed to find an amazing alternative and ship out on the same day to Queensland. Sammy was super helpful and friendly. Found Sound have definitely helped one 13 year old to have an amazing Christmas in what was a very challenging year. If you want amazing and outstanding service, this is your store.

If you are looking for a trustful and caring music shop... THIS IS THE PERFECT ONE!
I mean... I just went to buy a guitar strings set.... I broke one string just in the same day by accidentally, never happened to me in the same day of buying and putting the new strings on...
Later I went to the shop and explained the guys my situation... and they just gave me a new single string for free!
Couple of days later... I broke another one but it was because of overplaying... so just went there to buy a single string... the guys gave it to me and said “you can pay other day”...
I’m mind blown about their attention and attitude towards the customer!
I’m definitely gonna buy all my guitar strings sets there with no doubt!
That proves they really care about their customers ... They truly UNDERSTAND the musicians. So that for me is super legit and respectful ✊🏽
I recommend them 100% and don’t hesitate to go there and ask them anything for your instruments. They’ll probably do all the efforts to make you a happy client ;)

I found out about these guys when trying to buy a used synth on Facebook Marketplace. I messaged the seller, and he told me it was on consignment here at Found Sound. At first I was a little bothered; why complicate buying and selling used goods by going through a third party?

After actually contacting the team at Found Sound, I was blown away by the service on offer. Lewis was very prompt to communicate with me through email and phone, even after hours.. does the man ever stop serving his customers?? Buying my 'new' synth was almost too easy with these guys, so I'm being extra cautious next time around.

This was probably the best service I've received from a shop in recent memory. I'll definitely be coming back soon to check out all the cool gear on display.

International order here and what that entails. All communication was via email which was always promptly responded to and with detail. The whole process was completely effortless. Shipment was trackable so I could see the bleeps I purchased make their way to my shores. They also followed up my purchase. Who does that these days?! Amazing! Yeah, I'm placing another order.
