Terrible! A product marketed as a child’s bracelet and it arrives in an adults size. Beyond disappointing. A “first holy communion” bracelet for an 8/9 year old should not be that big!

Got their Christmas Eve box that is supposed to be able to put presents in. It was tiny, wouldn’t fit anything other than a bag of sweets. So disappointed. They also removed my review from their site. Very overpriced for the size and quality and you can’t return personalised gifts so you are stuck with it. Will

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the size of the Christmas Eve box. The dimensions are clearly listed on the product page to help customers make an informed decision—did you happen to see them before placing your order.
For reference, the dimensions are 16 × 22 × 11 cm, so it should hold a bit more than a bag of sweets. We love how well-made these boxes are and how they’ve been a well received and popular choice for many other families since we introduced them in 2017.
Please note that as the design on the box is bespoke and printed especially for you, if you feel the box is too small, we would recommend checking the dimensions carefully before ordering. As you can imagine, there’s not a lot we can do once the item has been personalised.

The photos were deceptive
The photos were deceptive. When I got my bauble I could hardly see my grandparents in the bauble. Kinda defeats the purpose of having a memorial bauble if you can't see the people in it.

For the best results, square images work best. When there is more than one subject, the photo should ideally feature them close together and not too far apart, as this ensures we can crop it to a circle to fit the bauble’s surface effectively.
