Great experience for landlords

The For Sale by Owner platform is easy to use and provides complete autonomy. It has everything you need to rent your property and you have control throughout the whole process. It costs a fraction of the alternative with a better outcome. This is a wonderful tool for discerning landlords.

FSBO staff have been very helpful…

FSBO staff have been very helpful throughout and provided good and timely advice. The web interface was easy to navigate. Having direct contact with prospective buyers was ideal to ensure the right people bought it, on top of the obvious saving in marketing it ourselves.

For Sale By Owner

For Sale By Owner, was an easy, straight forward way to sell our property. All the information you need is provided and the initial phone call with Paul allayed any concerns I had. Get yourself a good experienced solicitor. We engaged a photographer for photos, wrote up a description of the property and uploaded this to the portal. We preferred " By Negogiation" as our means of sale. We set open house times on the portal, met people at the door and engaged in negotiation. Once we accepted an offer we exchanged solicitors details and left it all with our solicitor. Thank you For Sale By Owner.

Sold home inner Melbourne with FSBO…

Sold home inner Melbourne with FSBO couple of years ago for higher than the the agent’s highest range - $1.7m.

Everything was simple, especially setting up the sales website etc.

Decided to use FSBO to lease a high spec architectural town house also inner Melbourne. Same process, same set up , very easy again. Leased the property at good price within 10 days.

If you have a little time and professional in your approach, it’s definitely worth a try.

very happy with forsalebyowners

I found forsalebyowners several years ago and it is my go to site when looking for tenants. The site is easy to navigate. My preferred method is to write the description of my property in a word document and when I'm happy with it I paste it into the appropriate box on the online form. Editing online is also easy. The work can be saved and reworked the next day. I sort photos and have them ready to copy into the form. Once there it's easy to move them around. All communications with the office are friendly and professional. I started receiving responses from potential tenants within the hour. I had only one open house viewing and not everyone who contacted me attended, but many others turned up. I found high quality tenants.
