Easy and effective way to advertise my business for sale.

I would not recommend using this company.

We spent over $2,000 on the property listing, upgraded to the Highlight Package for an additional $6,500, and paid $450 for a Facebook advertising campaign managed by them.

Despite this investment, we never received any reporting on the Facebook campaign and saw no noticeable increase in traffic. To make matters worse, the campaign was not even activated for the first two days after the property went on the market. I had to make multipal phone calls to get it activated.

Communication and follow-through were also disappointing. They forgot to send the promotional flag, and I had to follow up multiple times before receiving a response. While they were very responsive before payment, their service level dropped significantly afterward, with responses often taking 2–3 business days.

The actual cost is much higher than advertised if you want your property to have the same level of exposure as listings from traditional agents. The basic package from For Sale By Owner only includes a very limited listing on real estate websites. To achieve comparable visibility, you are pressured to purchase multiple upgrades, which can bring the total cost to well over $10,000.

The pricing is not as transparent as it initially appears, and the value provided does not justify the additional expense. In my experience, it was a complete waste of time and money.

This whole process was easier than I thought. All the benefits of promoting a rental property on realestate.com.au. There is an application process in place, you get notified when someone sends a message or application etc. All of this for a very reasonable fee.

Selling our home ourselves was straightforward and so much better than using an agent. We had full control over when we opened our home for viewings and had direct contact with all interested parties so there were no hidden discussions. I will never use an agent again.

FSBO is a good opportunity to save advertising costs. It's easy to use and gives you all the exposure you need for selling your property. I highly recommend it.

For Sale By Owner provided a seamless platform to access a broad range of realestate advertising at a very reasonable price which saved us a lot of marketing costs. It was very easy to use. Unfortunately we did not receive any satisfactory offers until Kamal Singh from Limitless Reality stepped in and introduced a qualified buyer. So even though we did end up using an agent we still recommend using FSBO as an economical and efficient method of marketing your home.

I don't know why others don't take the time out to research this means of sale. We had a very positive experience in more ways than one. The whole process is easy and most importantly we saved thousands of dollars in marketing and commissions. We may be doing another listing shortly and it won't be with an agent.
