Completely straightforward experience, emailed photos and a short description, received a quote within a hour or so, accepted and arranged a collection date. Forklift was collected on day arranged, no problems. It was helpful that our forklift was still in a driveable state for collection and must remember to supply with battery charger otherwise couldn't be simpler.

Great service and very efficient. Our forklift, which was pretty old broke down, and new parts are now obsolete. Not knowing how much repairs would cost and not willing to have an open budget we decided to cut our losses and get rid of it. We were offered £150 p/t by one company, plus we would have to transport it ourselves! Contacted Forkliftbuyers.co.uk - sent them details and they came back to me within 24 hours with a much better price including transportation. The whole process was easy and the truck was paid for and collected within a couple of days. Would highly recommend!
