Ordered a size 11 for my grandson, which is his size. They were to small, two sizes to small. They wouldn’t exchange them and pretty much told me I should’ve measured his feet to get the right size. So if you order from here measure your feet because they won’t exchange them.

I ordered a pair of hey dudes for my wife . They weren't hey dudes and we're coming apart after a week

Very disappointed in the shoe the panting was not cover on the entire shoe and very disappointed in size she couldn't wear them to small. I couldn't give them to anyone cause her name wS on the strap. Cute shoe but disappointed in size

The shoes look cheap and the print wasn't lined up on the tabs of the shoe. Advertised as hey dudes and they were knock off no brand. Save your money.

My package couldn't be delivered because it was missing my mobile homes space number. I reached out to footwearlite and they were able to track it and found in New York postal center. The postal service had already labeled it return to sender. Therefore they will resend my grandsons crocs. You can't ask for better service than that. We are awaiting to receive them as I write this because the parent on the baseball team want to see them before ordering them. Hopefully everyone will like them and several teams will order them

It took a long time to get it. Other than that everything else was good.

some pairs of custom shoes use better fonts than others.
one pair was not delivered with the custom name, one was an ugly font.

when i reordered the same pairs of crocs, they came as expected with a much much much nicer font

I have had two pairs of shoes shipped to me and the order still it not correct.

I ordered the trolls crocs in size "11"child size. They sent me size 24 months. Needless to say it's wrong. But I had contacted them to change the name I had spelled it wrong for the croc band n they never changed it. I wouldn't purchased nothing from them again. Also it takes months to get your order n that's ridiculous too.

My daughter loved them, they looked just like the pictures. Only thing I didn't like is they took so long to get here but it's understandable. I will buy from here again.

There was a problem with one of my orders and it turned out it was my fault and they where able to rectify the issue very quicky

Terrible customer service. Does are poor quality, took a long time to arrive and do not fit properly. They are way too small. Customer service refused to offer a refund. Do not but from this website!

Product was fraudulent. Advertised as Hey Dude brand shoes and they were knock-offs. Personalization was printed backwards (mirror image) on one of the shoes. Was promised a refund within 7-14 days and still haven’t gotten it. Have reported company to CC company.

I ordered a men's size 8 US. The company sent me a size 9 US and when I pointed this out they refused to exchange or even offer me a return. All this over a lousy $44.

I love my order, and I love my shoes. The shoes are comfortable. I’m happy with my order 😀
