Product delivered was not as advertised. I ordered Hey Dude shoes and received cheap poorly constructed shoes. Not even sure what brand they were. When I contacted company they offered me 25% refund and when I continued to object to product received they upped it to 50% saying they had to pay costs on my behalf. These were not Hey Dude just a cheap badly put together shoe. I could have made better. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!!!’n

FAKE HEY DUDES. SCAM. BUYER BEWARE. RECEIVED 5 TRACKING EMAILS AND THEY ENDED UP COMING FROM NEW YORK BUT LOOKS LIKE SOMETHING FROM CHINA. FAKE FAKE FAKE!

They have sent me several tracking numbers and non of them work! Ordered in September and still have not received the merchandise or a tracking number that you can track! Asked for a refund and have not even received a response now! THIS IS A SCAM ALERT!!!!!

I don’t even want to give them one star. SCAM they are not what they describe and smell horrible of chemicals. I asked to return and get refund and they told me no refund on custom orders. It was not a custom and the sizes are small. DO NOT BUY from them

Ordered a pair of toddler crocs. Said it was delivered, spoke to post office and mail carrier, none was delivered. It took weeks to get this information

Cheap knock-offs from China. DO NO ORDER from them. I ordered collegiate "Hey Dudes". They are NOT HeyDudes.

Filed a claim with PayPal under the Buyer Protection Policy after Nordmerch only offered me a 20% and then a 40% refund. Nordmerch tried and tried to get me to withdraw the claim saying we would both pay fees and that the refund would take months. ALL of that is false and I reported it to PayPal. PayPal noted that client was trying to contact me outside of them regarding the claim. PayPal has issued a 100% refund.

Graphics are good. Shoes quality is ok.

The company told me my payment did not go thru. I reordered as I was told to do. Then I got an email that the first order was processed. They would not let me cancel it. So I received two of the same item. It did no good to email them. Do not waste your time on this company because the product is below average.

You canceled my order days before they were to be shipped out never got the product .

It took 6 weeks for me to get shoes I ordered then when I got them they were not the shoes I ordered. I reach out via email as the web site says and after a week I still did not get a response. I have emailed them again and they are now asking for more pictures of the shoes. Waiting for a response.

Well maybe this was my fault, but I was under the impression these were hey dudes since coincidentally enough they were the same price as hey dudes and then the logos are crooked as hell!

I ordered a pair of hey dudes from this place and was charged almost $70.00 and never received my order.
I was thinking this place was a scam because they took the money from my pay pal account. I am sick of trying to get an answer from this company because i cant get in touch with anyone.

The shoes look great. The time frame was just what they said it would be.

Make sure you get the correct size because the size you wear in Hey Dude shoes is not the same with these!! And once you order they basically will do nothing to help get it right!! And the web site states "like" hey dude!! Well this is not accurate 😕 and these come from the UK so be very careful if you order from this company!! Order local before you purchase

I ordered KC Chiefs “Hey Dudes” in a size 7. They are counterfeit Duses and fit like a size 6.

Very disappointing experience. Contact information indicates the company is in New York. Shoes actually shipped from China, and as you may suspect, took several weeks. Advertised as Hey Dudes and the price point made me think they were. Not so. When the item arrived, it wasn't what I ordered. After contacting the company, a new shipment with the correct item was shipped. Several weeks later I finally received the second shipment. The shoes were the correct style, but with a black sole and shoe laces rather than white. My feminine shoes look very masculine in black. So disappointed!! Took almost two months to settle.
