Delivery and packing the item, absolutely spotless, but I order sweet mustard and they send me classic one, but in rest really appreciated the service!

For some reason when I went to pay, I'd paid through 3rd party app, which I'm not going to promote, they had got my street name correct by my postcode and town incorrect.
I panicked but I was able to get straight through to Fóodsklep and sort the issue out, and I received my parcel, very happy

I got a completely different order especially after ordering a bulk of 30 items , and it also said was going to take 2-3 days but took much longer

We are happy to confirm that your issue was addressed promptly, with the correct item being redispatched immediately once you had brought the issue to our attention.
While the vast majority of orders are delivered within a 2-3 day window, on rare occasions, due to ongoing stock sales or courier delays, we are not able to keep to the suggested timeframe.

Delivered to the wrong flat left out in…
Delivered to the wrong flat left out in the rain and the box fell to pieces when lifted . I am a pensioner with a severe illness and sorting this out exhausted me. I'm not very impressed .
