Io sono di Milano e ho ordinato i prodotti da farmi spedire.
Oltre alla spedizione veramente veloce vorrei complimentarmi per i prodotti !
Immediatamente nel tasting mi hanno riportato in Sicilia con i sapori e con la mente.
Ho fatto davvero un’ esperienza culinaria indimenticabile!

I ordered Easter products from this website, but before the items were shipped, I was informed that they would not arrive in time for Easter. Since it was a gift, I immediately requested to cancel the order.

My cancellation request was confirmed via WhatsApp, and I was assured multiple times that a refund would be processed.

However, after more than two weeks:

* no refund has been issued
* they no longer respond to messages
* no updates or communication at all

I find this behavior extremely unprofessional and concerning.

I have now had to open a dispute with my bank to recover my money.

I strongly recommend that other customers to AVOID

I recently tried some of their products and had a really good experience overall. The chocolate was very good, rich and well-balanced.

I also tried their panettone, which stood out for the quality of its ingredients—soft, flavorful, and not too heavy. The cannoli were very good as well: fresh, nicely filled, and they ended up disappearing in about ten minutes.

Definitely worth trying, I’d try again! 🤩

Ordine effettuato il 23 gennaio, il pacco arriva il 09 aprile dopo numerosi messaggi e contatti telefonici, nei quali mi veniva ogni volta detto che il pacco era stato consegnato al corriere, di cui non ho mai avuto alcun tracking. Solo dopo aver minacciato di denunciarli alla Polizia Postale, finalmente ottengo un tracking e dopo pochi giorni anche il prodotto. La cosa più fastidiosa è stata la palese presa in giro da parte del titolare Sig. Sortino e di una certa Sig.ra Alessandra sua collaboratrice. E' stata un'esperienza assurda e inqualificabile, che non ammette alcuna scusante. Lasciate perdere questo portale, per i prodotti siciliani esistono ditte SERIE E AFFIDABILI.

I had problems with my order and still have not recieved it. However, I did get a refund and was told, my order is still on it's way and I can pay for it when it arrives.

I did not belive I was going to get a refund and thought I got scammed. I was wrong, as we all know scammers don't give refunds.. I would love to say, I am extreamly happy with my order but, I am still waiting.

If my order shows up, I will update this review and give a five star. For the simple reason, when dealing with stores around the world, the process sometimes does not work well. The people here actually gave me a refund and asked that I simply pay for the order when it arrives. I really hope it does, good stuff!!

« Entreprise » malhonnête et qui nous menace et harcèle si nous ne supprimons pas notre avis négatif. Quelle honte. Pour la peine j’en met un deuxième. Vraiment, personne ne devrait leur donner 1 seul centime. Les commandes ne sont jamais envoyées, ce sont des escros ! Il faut signaler ce site.

Commande passée le 28 novembre (79,48€).
Colis finalement reçu le 27 janvier, soit près de deux mois plus tard.
Pendant toute cette période :
– aucun numéro de suivi réellement fonctionnel,
– plusieurs dates de livraison annoncées puis non respectées,
– des explications génériques (retards, météo, transporteur…),
– aucune réponse par email, toutes les communications se faisant uniquement via WhatsApp, ce qui n’est pas professionnel pour un service client dans ce contexte.
J’ai dû relancer constamment pour obtenir des informations claires sur ma commande.
De plus, les panettoni à la pistache reçus avaient une date de consommation au 2 février, soit quelques jours seulement après la réception du colis, ce qui est très limite après un délai aussi long.
En outre, ils étaient beaucoup trop sucrés et assez fades en goût, ce qui est très décevant compte tenu du prix et de la promesse de qualité.
Une expérience stressante et peu sérieuse du début à la fin.
Je ne recommande pas ce site.

Édit : le commerçant a proposé de me rembourser en échange de la suppression de mon avis, chose que j’ai refusée

J’ai passé commande le 9 décembre 2025. Le colis n’a jamais été livré.
Après un premier mail, l’entreprise m’annonce que le colis vient d’être remis au transporteur et sera livré sous 5 jours. C’était le 9 janvier et le paquet n’est toujours pas livré.
Depuis, trois autres mails ont été envoyés à l’entreprise et aucune réponse de leur part. Ma demande de remboursement est restée sans suite, alors que la somme était importante.
Je ne recommande absolument pas ce site.

Depuis la publication de cet avis, j'ai été contactée et j'ai pu obtenir un remboursement.
