I came across these reviews because my friend who i recommended fonally to told me about it. I dont agree with most of them. I know i cant vouch for all the reviews because everyone can have different experiences. I have ordered from fonally 3 times now and i now have 10 cases with no issues whatsoever. I live in Florida and all 3 times i received my cases in 10 days. I love all of my 10 cases! If you are concerned then contact fonally team and they are super helpful. I had a question about wireless charging, whether it would work with cases with ring and they were honest in telling that they wont. So far i have had no issues and i will continue to order from them.

It’s a scam. Don’t order. I never received my items. I was told by rep that they were delivered. I can see now this is a pattern. I wish I would have read these reviews sooner. I will report the company. So wrong to rip people off like this.

Update: The day I posted this review I received my shipment. It had been a month. If you decide to order be prepared to wait for a while.

Sadly this company sucks and I fear I may never receive my order of three phone cases. I was told that it was going to take 2 weeks but it’s been almost a month and when I asked about it I was told via email after reaching out to them that they were experiencing shipping delays from Singapore but that it had cleared customs and USPS would update the tracking information soon. I kept checking after this 2 week period was up and still got the same response that usps was awaiting delivery details. Fonally customer support said that it was delivered but when they sent me a screenshot of the delivery all I could see was the zip code which was not mine. I have reached back out to them to tell them that I DO NOT have this package and it has obviously been delivered to the wrong address. I have asked for a refund but have not heard back from the company. I’m afraid my money is gone and I will never get these phone cases. Guess Amazon will take over the world cuz it’s the only place I feel safe about buying stuff these days! Thought I would give another company a chance but man that was a mistake. Please don’t buy anything from here.

Cases are very cute. I ordered 3 cases as part of buy 2 get 3 and loved the designs. Shipping was 11 days though.

This is an unethical company. I bought a phone case that was apparently out of stock without it being updated on the website and they thought it was appropriate to send me the "closest next thing". I told them that I would return it and they said that they will not reimburse me for the return shipping even though this was an issue on their end. Do not buy from this company as it is clear that other people also have various problems with them.

Do not purchase from this company they are a scam!!!!!
I spent $160 on cases, car charger, screen protectors. Two months after making my purchase I still have not received my order. I called USPS, the carrier they claim to of used, they said that the tracking number was not legitimate, conducive to their service. Tried calling Fonally they would not answer their phones, (first red flag), they would not call me after filling out their contact form with my phone number and when they finally did respond, it was snarky and rude. Sarah, the woman who responded to me told me there was nothing she could do because it said, (I’m assuming She was referencing her app), stated it was delivered and therefore she couldn’t do anything about it. Never, did she address the fact that the tracking number was not conducive to the USPS service nor did she offer to look into it and she never contacted me by phone. I’m submitting a letter to the Better Business Bureau, PayPal and Apple Pay. This company does not deserve the right To their customer base for their services. Any company that will take advantage of anyone in today’s state of affairs should be ashamed of themselves. I have included Sarah’s email response to me

Terrible, order my phone case took to long and then never end up receiving it. I told told that it was delivered. I got the run around to check with USPS. I have ordered more valuable item before and never once was it went missing.
So I ended paying a premium for a case which i never received.

Not worth it and if you are not satisfied with the product. You have to pay for shipping. I Recommend using a familiar site. Takes too long to arrive.

I ordered a 12pro and received a 12. I asked to do an exchange or refund and I was told that the company DOES NOT DO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS. I assume The mistake was mine, even tho I remember selecting the 12pro. I was willing to pay shipping for exchange, but company just wanted me to buy again. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Since if u don’t like product or don’t get what you ordered you are stuck with it! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
