I ordered 3 cases from this company. 2 were matte and 1 was tempered glass one. The latter arrived cracked! I was disappointed so i reached out to the company's support and they obviously asked for the proof so i sent them picture of the cracked glass back. They then sent me the new case free of charge and didn't ask me to return the damaged case. Sour experience turned into a sweet one. Cases are good too.

I ordered an Apple watch band from Fonally. I was skeptical buying from this company but my overall experience turned out to be good. The orange leather band looks really good on my husband's hand. I am actually surprised it looks and feels so good and yet but it was less than 30 dollars! Very satisfied with my purchase. i will see how it handles the wear and tear and then buy from them again. Love all their styles and colors. 5/5

I love the iPhone cases on this site. I love to accessorise my phone so this is just perfect for me. Have bought cases multiples times and have been extremely happy with them. My personal favourite would be their plated cases.It takes about 10 days to get the products but it's definitely worth the wait. I love how beautiful it makes my phone.

I love the product. It's sleek, it's stylish, it fits perfectly and looks amazing on the phone.I got it within 48 hours of placing the order and was delighted. It keeps the phone safe and beautiful. I am quite happy with Fonally. Gonna recommend to my friends.

I have ordered multiple times and have been left with a smile on my face 😊 everytime. My second order was a big one so they also included another free case and screen protector on top of their promotion. I am more than satisfied.

Cases took longer to deliver and arrived in 10-12 days but they are all very beautiful

I don’t need to go into a long rant about this company but I will say this... I got the buy two get one free. I received two in the mail; one was broke. The other one NEVER showed up. Of all the back-and-forth emails, they finally refunded me $25 of the $50 I spent. So I paid $25 for ONE phone case. They DID NOT replace the broken one, and they never sent the third that was supposed to be free!! So long story short they will rip you off. Order from someone else. Unless of course you want to wait two months to NOT get what you ordered

It is a scam. They took my money the day I ordered. It has been 2 weeks. I haven’t a received anything. I called the number for assistance and I just get an answer machine. What do I do now ?

Awful company. Cases looked nothing like what I saw online. Took many weeks for my order to arrive and the cases received looked like something you could buy at a flea market for $3. They do a great job at making garbage look like a quality product in their online images.

Ordered several items from this company. 2 phone cases and a gold dual head charge/listen adapter. I received my phone cases in a reasonable amount of time considering international shipping delays and while I experienced no problems in terms of true to life photos of product, there are exact replicas of these cases on AliExpress for much cheaper! The real problem came with the adapter. I waited a tremendous amount of time to receive item and when I did receive it, not only was it silver instead of the gold I ordered, the adapter had a defect and BROKE the same night. Fonally agreed to refund if I covered the shipping of THEIR broken product however the address is in Canada and the amount to ship product back to them would only cause me to break even in terms of money back.
Needless to say, I’m unsatisfied with the experience. Bottom line, the phone cases are true to style but they can be found elsewhere cheaper and I can NOT recommend their accessories to anyone.

Scammer. Don't buy from them.

Terrible company. It took over 2 months to receive my phone case and it arrived missing a piece, which made it unusable. I contacted them for a replacement order and the order has not arrived for over a month. I have contacted them multiple times regarding the replacement order and was told to wait longer. The most recent time I contacted them I received no response. This company is a scam. Judging from all the other bad reviews, I am not the only one this has happened to.

I have been waiting nearly 2 months for a delivery. They tell me to wait and it continues to not show up. The most recent email said to wait a few more days even though they have no idea when it will be delivered.

I would not even give 1 star but had no other choice. DO NOT order from them. They have a very poor quality items and long wait for the shipment to arrive. I think it's coming from China since they don't have distribution here in the US. I've ordered 3 items and one was free 2 month ago received 1 item only and the rest are still being in shipped and free item was not even shipped yet and it's been 2 MONTH!
In meanwhile the only item I received broke and useless.

This company took my order for a phone case about 2 months ago for a case that has yet to be shipped, and keeps spinning a story about an overseas backlog and that it has been shipped. The USPS tracking number clearly says that nothing has happened. Stay away.

I am a sucker for iPhone cases and Fonally gives me exactly what i am looking for. Be prepared to wait a bit but its worth it.

Beautiful collection and amazing staff. The plated ring case is absolutely gorgeous. I bought 3 cases and my daughter loves hers. I had an issue with the size of the case. I reached out to support and Sara was amazing in helping me out. It was my mistake but Sara was wonderful in resolving my issue.

Do not bother attempting to make a purchase. 2+ weeks after ordering, I finally received a USPS tracking number and then a delivery confirmation with no actual package being delivered.

I have a security camera so I can see the postal carrier and see that she never had any package in her hand that was delivered.

Over the last couple days I have reached out to customer service multiple times via email and by phone and have received zero response.

Shady business practice at best. I would blow up their social media with complaints, but for a company that’s supposed to be so modern they have virtually no social media presence.

Save your money. With these ethics they likely won’t be around long anyway.

MISREPRESENTING SHIPPING TIMEFRAME…TAKES 2 MONTHS TO GET ITEMS PURCHASED AND THERE IS ZERO INFO IN TRACKING!!!!!!

I ordered phone cases from Fonally in April and just received them in July! Similar situation with customer service being responsive and blaming it on shipping delays from Singapore. I did receive my order and the items were nice and as seen online. I probably would not recommend this website punless you are patient and remembering to stay on top of customer service otherwise their making a lot of money of off doing nothing!
