increase productivity with support
I was having a few issues with the focus me program.
However the team at focus me was very responsive and had a real "can do" attitude. As I am in Australia I had been reluctant to reach out, because of the time differences, but when I did they got back to me very quickly and went out of their way to help with the issues. I was able to make an appointment with one of the team members who helped me to set up the focusme plans and I am looking forward to being more productive with the program. I would recommend this program to anyone who has difficulty focusing. Thankyou to Ryan who booked in a call with me to make sure I understood the program and helped me to set up my plans.

Great customer support, great blocking.
I’ve been using the application for 2 years now, going into my third
Very good customer support. Very good blocking on FocusMe, couldn’t find a way to avoid it despite continuous efforts to do so in the beginning, does take time to set up, but pays off very well later.
Works very well on Windows, and MacOS.
Had a positive effect on my life, was a very useful aid in my behavioural changes, among other factors.
Still needs work on Android though, could be avoided easily on android in certain settings, even though these settings are supposed to be the most tightly enforced.

Helps Me Stay on Task

Genuinely excellent customer service during my trial
The Customer Service agent - Ryan Sagolili - gave me truly outstanding help on my very first call for technical support during my early teething troubles on the second day of my trial period.
Ryan called back very promptly on the day of receiving my voicemail, and his patience was exemplary as I struggled in the call with tech' problems not to so much with FocusMe now but Zoom.
He then took a good 20 minutes or more to lead me step-by-step via a screen-share of FocusMe at my end through setting up a weekly, seven-day series of three successive Pomodoro sets - beginning with demonstrating move after smooth move with crystal-clear instruction, and next allowing me to do the last two Pomodoros by myself. Ryan might not want to hear this, but the man's a born teacher.
I will definitely, definitely be buying the FocusMe package at the end of the trial - and recommending it way high up to the rafters to the many students I meet in online forums and workshops at my university. It is truly an extraordinarily valuable tool that has fired up my productivity instantly while - equally quickly - drenching my procrastination in ice-cold water.
Ryan and FocusMe: take a bow to the sounds of roars and applause and the stamping of appreciative feet. Very many thanks again for your first-class, five-star help.
