Focusme Support is always prompt and to the point!

I've been using Focusme for a while now, and I couldn't be happier with both the app and the customer support. Every time I've reached out with a question or issue, the support team has responded promptly, kindly, and effectively. Their assistance has always been clear and helpful, making me feel truly valued as a customer.
The app itself works flawlessly and meets all my needs. It's reliable, intuitive, and packed with features that help me stay focused and productive. I highly recommend Focusme to anyone looking for a powerful tool backed by a genuinely supportive team.

A truly great piece of software, it helped me for many years to slowly but surely overcome many bad habits.
I became more or less addicted to the internet in my early teens and would spend all my time on a screen: playing videogames, watching youtube, just browsing the internet, commenting on reddit etc and despite many attempts to stop or reduce my screen time, I could never really make it stick.
At some point I thought about using programs to help me control myself and tried installing parental control software but the problem is that I was always in charge of the apps and could just disable them when the cravings hit.

FocusMe (and other similar apps that I found useful in combination) understand that they need to help protect a user from himself and have therefore powerful features built-in that make it all but impossible even for a very computer-savvy person like myself to disable/uninstall the apps.

Sure, you may well have to experiment a bit and try out the more extreme features if you keep finding loopholes in the app's blocking features but at some point my creativity ran out and I just had to obey the blocking plans exactly as I had designed them.
So if at some point when my mind was clear I decided that I needed 2 weeks with zero videogames in order to prepare for an exam, I had to follow through even when I got bored in the meantime and was craving my fix to have fun.

In fact I used it in all sorts of ways, from limiting how often how many times per day I could check email or social media to making me get off screens before bed by shutting down the browsers in the evening to helping me stick to a weekly schedule.

Nowadays I don't need apps to help me have a healthy relationship with technology anymore but I don't think I would have made it this far without apps like FocusMe. I recommend them to anyone who realises that they have a problem with the products that Big Tech have subjected us to and also realises that it is damn hard to get a grip all by yourself.

App does what it says it does. Haven't found a workaround yet. Will keep using it: I have a lot of trouble concentrating and this is an essential tool if you get distracted a lot by social media etc. Good stuff!

The FocusMe product is a truly wonderful and robust product that helps me get back and retain my focus! I love the customization options and as a software engineer, I LOVE that it's DIFFICULT to try and get around it to try and go after things that corrupt my focus energy. I absolutely love and am grateful for the FocusMe team as their customer service is top tier! I really appreciate that whenever I bring a new issue or loophole, they are swift to correct and update their fine product. I highly recommend this product to anyone who needs to keep their precious focus resource energy from being depleted from unfiltered content on the internet. Truly a wonderful product!

One of the best focus solutions you can find. While not everything is bulletproof, Focusme is sound in supporting your individual needs to ensure you get to have the best use possible.

Honestly, I dont have enough great things to say about this business. Great app and site blocker (both on phone and computer) and the customer support is out of this world. Quick replies (even on weekends) and the customer service agents were nothing but pleasant to deal with. I wish I could give this company 6 stars. Highly recommend.

Definately helps curb unwanted internet habits.

It's not fool proof (you get to program it yourself, so if you're not careful you can get yourself right back to square one) but since I've installed it I've gotten pulled down way fewer youtube rabbit holes!

It's very good. Helps avoid time-wasting websites extremely effectively. Its protections are very hard to bypass even for tech-savvy users.

I have been using this program for some years now, so I thought I would leave a review.

It's the only good program that works and blocks you from addictive social media websites or online hobby websites and forums that distract you and that you compulsively want to check. It also had the best uninstall protection so you can't disable it yourself like other programs, even for knowledgeable IT folks. It sometimes doesn't recognize a website URL to block, but make sure to include the title of the tab in your plan. That always works 100%.

It's sometimes hard to figure out how to configure it to do what you want and it can take a while of trial and error, but once you've got it customized as you want, it works really well. It's the only reason I can actually live a functional life without internet addiction ruining it.

If you have questions or issues, support is always friendly and quick to respond and have fixed issues for me in the past. The app version could be better, but they have been working on a new version for a few years. You can already use the beta version which works pretty well.

You have to download the beta app from their website, because it has the best uninstall protection. If you download it from the Play Store, this isn't included due to regulations, which means it's easy to uninstall.

I had a great experience with FocusMe's support team. After reporting a technical issue related to audio glitches when the app sent notifications, they responded promptly and professionally. To my surprise, within just a few days they released a software update that completely resolved the problem.

It’s rare to see this level of responsiveness and care, especially from a small team — but FocusMe clearly takes user feedback seriously and acts quickly. I'm very impressed, both with the app itself and the support behind it.

Great product!

The product does everything I want it to. Great customization options, can tailor very specific and diverse plans, everything from break reminders to time limits to complete blocks. Best of all it has strong methods to stop you from "cheating" your block plans while still providing emergency releases.

There are a range of website blocking apps available. But FocusMe is the best in my view. The reason being is it provides so many different options. Most alternatives only allow you to block a list of sites.

However, with FocusMe you can have different plans to suit your needs. For example, you can time limit some sites while completely blocking others.

Most of us are unaware of how much time each day we are losing to mindless scrolling. FocusMe has saved me so much time and pushed up my productivity.

As someone that is neurodiverse, having an app like FocusMe has made such a difference. Keep up the good work, and I'm looking forward to seeing future product updates.

This is one of the best site/app blockers out there that rivals its competitors. I use it to block social media sites/apps and its a very powerful tool.

I have been a happy user of FocusMe for several years. It helps me manage distracting websites that derailed me. I switched to Focusme from another service because of the regex options. When I have encountered the rare bug, the staff quickly helped me solve the issue or updated the software quickly to address the bug.

In this milieu of increasingly interesting but vapid Internet content, being able to design your own versatile fences is invaluable. After 1.5 years, I can’t imagine owning a computer without it anymore.
