I purchased rakhi for my brother in 4-5 days prior but just today they are informing that the item that i have purchased is out of stock. SORRY!!! How is it out of stock where in advance i purchased and paid the amount and was confirmed. And when asked them to show me the alternatives the option was only one to choose, and very rude customer service telling me either take it or leave no other option was provided. I am never gonna believe this site and order again and so other people should as well.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience using this website. I placed an order for gifts and was charged an additional fee for delivery within a specific time frame. Unfortunately, not only did the order fail to arrive on time, but it has not been delivered at all.

I have made multiple attempts to contact customer service regarding this issue, but I have received no response whatsoever. The lack of communication and accountability is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

At this point, I feel misled and concerned that this may be a scam. I strongly urge others to be cautious when ordering from this website until they improve their delivery reliability and customer support.

I expect either immediate delivery of my order or a full refund.

I placed an order yesterday for delivery, and I had to get the order few hours earlier due to plan changes. I called customer service and they managed to arrange everything on time.
