Honestly its just absolute garbage. As an actual Pilot this is genuinely painful to use. Please do not buy this

Im new to all this and have found it very interesting and fun setting up the Skylink ATC. It's definitely much better than standard MSFS ATC and heaps more interactive. Regarding customer service......awesome. I got stuck and had a question, emailed support and got a reply within minutes and their advice fixed my issue. I'm not saying they're going to be able to answer everyone as fast as that, but I'm impressed so far. Once I've had some practice I will get a subscription. Cheers

I purchased a MSFS2020 addon package from SkyLink on 23/01 for 99 USD.

The product was advertised as an immersive experience, but in reality it feels extremely limited compared to what was promised. For the price paid, the content and functionality do not match the expectations created by the advertising.

I also experienced an unresolved issue regarding a currency conversion difference that was supposed to be refunded.

I tried contacting support multiple times and even sent a formal complaint over a week ago, but I received no response at all.

At this point, I have lost confidence in the company and have initiated a payment dispute with my card provider, while also preparing formal complaints through consumer protection channels.

I would strongly advise potential customers to be cautious and carefully evaluate what is actually being offered before purchasing.

Purchased the atc coach so I could learn how to vatsim. Followed all the instructions on installing it. I put my activation key in along with the airport information and my simbreif id. And then it froze. I saw them on tiktok and wrote to him live and I was blocked by him for saying its broken. I then made a video and put it on YouTube as unlisted and sent them the link via the website. Their response was its 10pm in Australia they have seen the video and will deal with it in the morning to send me a patch. No patch given. Emails requesting an update are going unanswered. Definitely avoid this product. He thinks he can take my money and run. Paid with credit card so im going to claw it back.

Is heel slecht bedrijf. Ik wou voor de xbox met de atc praten en het werkt niet. Ik heb hun berichten gestuurd waar ze niet op reageren. Waardeloos.
