I found this company amazing I’ve used them 3 times now and always give the best deals and unlike most places they have amazing customer service who answer very quickly and are so helpful. I accidentally messed up my booking and penny and Matthew made it stress free, they fixed and amended it straight away and did so saving me even more money. They are also amazingly polite and helpful :) thank you floridatix, I’m sure I’ll use you again in the future

My error quickly resolved
I didn’t realise that I had mistyped my email address until a day after ordering Disney Magic tickets (wondered why I didn’t get an immediate confirmation email!). Quick email to FloridaTix and Penny replied saying she had corrected the email address and sent confirmation of payment. Excellent personal service.

Wanted to change my tickets and although I had to cancel and rebook, this was a very smooth process and Penny was quick to respond to my messages and very helpful in sorting my new booking . After checking with other ticket providers they were also the cheapest. 100% recommend to anyone . Well worth taking out the protection cover too

All round excellent!
I bought some theme park tickets through Florida Tix. I did a lot of searching before I purchased and Florida Tix were slightly cheaper (every saved penny counts when you are planning an Orlando holiday)! I purchased the tickets online, which was a very straightforward and easy process, and received my e-tickets in minutes.
I am very happy and would definitely use them again.
