I think that their service was good but delivery took some time. Having said that I will still be ordering from them in the future.

Hi Leo, sorry to hear the consignment was delayed via TNT, we are aware they had suffered delays to your consignment due to the amount of freight on their network but granted we would have preferred this to not had caused a delay to your order.

Hi Matt, thank you for your feedback, I have checked the notes and I can see you queried the sample sent and the steps received as not been similar colour. They were the correct product but we advised not a close match to your flooring so I can see we then directed you to a closer match to the floor you have. We also helped to cover the swap over cost for this and have had no further correspondence from you regarding quality nor issue with the product we suggested.
