Floor giants Culverhouse Cross
Karim at Culverhouse Cross was extremely helpful when responding to my fitting quote and was able to assist me over the phone without me even needing to visit the store.
Every time I’ve previously visited the store, the team has always been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It’s really appreciated and makes the whole experience much easier.

Laminate flooring installation
Had my floors done all over the house some time ago, the workers were always late, sometimes didn't even show up until I had called and asked, after moving everything out of the room like asked as well. Within months the floors started to chip and have holes in it and that has occurred on the floor all around the house. Reached out to them multiple times when it happened and got completely ignored. Would not use again.

Dog Grooming Vinyl Floor

Absolutely love my new flooring! Ordered a few free samples online and chose a new vinyl floor for my grooming room from these.
The carpet fitter turned up on the day as arranged and was lovely. He did an excellent & very neat job.
Floor Giants rang me a few days later to check I was satisfied with my new flooring.
Thank you again, I'm really pleased with the service.

Online ordering and the in-store…
Online ordering and the in-store ordering process were both straightforward and efficient. Unfortunately, the collection experience was a different story.
Customers are advised to contact the store in advance so the warehouse can prepare orders for collection. I did this on both occasions, but neither order had been prepared when I arrived. The staff also gave the impression that collecting an order was an inconvenience.
During my second collection, the salesperson in the showroom was about to make what appeared to be an unprofessional comment about me, only stopping when the warehouse employee pointed out that he was on loudspeaker. That was disappointing and left a poor impression.
Overall, the ordering process was good, but the collection experience and customer service significantly let it down.

We're pleased to hear that you found both our online and in-store ordering processes straightforward and efficient. However, I'm very sorry to learn that the collection process did not meet your expectations.
This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we apologise that your orders were not ready for collection despite you contacting the store in advance. I am also sorry to read about your comments regarding your interaction with the team during your second visit.
Please be assured that we will be looking into the circumstances surrounding your experience and speaking with the team members involved to ensure the appropriate standards of customer service are maintained and that situations like this do not happen again.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as feedback such as yours helps us improve the service we provide.

Out of date knowledge
Mark at Southampton branch was extremely helpful and communicative.
Sadly a difference in opinion (no facts) and lack of up to date knowledge on new style UFH boards led to the flooring not being completed with areas of screed not even laid on the ground floor, delaying our house move and costing more to get another company to fix the screed and lay the floor. No apology, compensation or any kind of customer service to remedy the situation over weeks of back and forth between Floor Giants and my builder.

We're sorry that you were disappointed with the outcome. Following a full review with both the store and our fitting team, our position remains that the installation was paused due to concerns regarding movement within the subfloor, which, in our professional opinion, meant it was not suitable to continue with the installation at that time. We were not prepared to proceed with fitting a floor where we believed there was a significant risk of failure.
As the installation of the ground floor did not go ahead, we have arranged a refund of the applicable fitting deposit. However, as the subsequent works were carried out after an alternative contractor proceeded against our advice, we are unable to accept liability for the additional costs incurred or agree to compensation.
While we appreciate this is not the outcome you were hoping for, we believe stopping the installation was the responsible course of action based on the condition of the subfloor at the time. We wish you all the best with your new home.

Great Value \ High Quality 25 yr Warranty \Extraordinary Service
From the start Ash Katinas the store manager of Derby was exceptional. He listened to my requirements; (granddaughter and dog proof). Not just hear and jump in with product!
When it came to quotation time, he went through it, so it was transparent and included items other company’s leave out so it looks cheaper! Ash checked the week before the fitting date and after to make sure everything was okay. I am extremely pleased with the fitting and believe the floor enhances the space beautifully. With Ash’s help I have a value for money floor, with a 25-year warranty and most important the floor meets all my requirements and looks a million dollars. Thank you Ash again for your outstanding service,"
