Incredibly disappointed
I have always had a great experience with your company. But the bouquet that was delivered today was truly awful. Dead and dying blooms, damaged, and looking absolutely nothing like the photo on your website. I spent over eighty pounds on flowers for my husband on our anniversary and feel completely ripped off. I am incredibly disappointed. I was offered an exchange or a partial refund which I found offensive to be honest. I have spoken to someone at Floom and they are trying to arrange a full refund. Time will tell. I would seriously question whether this florist meets the standard to be included on your website.

Delivery Done!
"I purchased a floral arrangement to celebrate a friend's joining of the "65 Club". Wanting it to be a surprise, I didn't check to see if their address as changed because their moving date was a month away. Well, I was wrong but the delivery driver took the arrangement to their new address and she was thrilled with it. Thanks!"

Floom was amazing to work with
Floom was amazing to work with. When there was an issue delivering my bouquet on Time I immediately received a text message from someone at the store and we were able to find a quick solution. They were also very responsive to questions about the delivery itself, and I was able to reach out to the driver easily to help. The flowers themselves were beautiful and fresh. Would highly recommend working with Floom!

AVOID - SCAM COMPANY
Like so many, I ordered flowers to celebrate somebody's birthday. I was super excited to surprise somebody but unfortunately they never arrived. Called and chatted with them but they were not able to give me a clear response or solution and just told me they'd get back to me which they never did. I ultimately demanded my money back and asked for a written confirmation about the refund. This company is a scam and has the mission to spoil other people's happy occasions. Morally just wrong, what a disgrace! Please stay away, I wish I had read the reviews before.

It was not delivered and they were not able to fix it!
I ordered the flowers the day before with delivery the next day. The order was marked as being in the hands of the flower store the whole time.
The customer service is insignificant and useless.
