Flocknote is extremely user friendly and the customer service is world class. I have enjoyed using it at my new parish since July 2020. I recommend it to any parish that needs a basic communication tool for their parishes.

I enjoy using Flocknote for communicating with our church’s youth and their parents. Flocknote makes composing and designing emails fast and easy. I particularly love the option to create and schedule emails to be sent out ahead of time.

Flocknote is an efficient and simple way to communicate with parents of the children in our Religious Education program!

Flocknote makes it really easy to stay in touch not only at our K of C council but also at the Church and all the ministries. It is easy to send quick notes, or weekly notices by ministry or to the whole Church. It is also nice to see who is actually looking at our messages. For those that don't look or open our messages it gives us the opportunity to reach and to them and find out what we can do better to get them involved. Great job to the Flocknote crew, you are great.

Flocknote is a great tool for Church communication. It is a huge step up from sending mass emails from a personal account. There are little things that can be improved, but I can usually resolve things within a few days. Thanks Flocknote!

Our small parish has used Flocknote in a somewhat limited capacity over the last six months. However, we have found it very beneficial in apprising parishioners of important updates and reminders. Flocknote is very user friendly and its staff members have been extremely helpful. Overall our parish is very pleased with using Flocknote.

Having people being able to reply affirms that I am on track on providing them food for thought and reflection.

Our Parish Family has used Flocknote as our main source of communication during the pandemic, especially when churches were closed. The Sign Up feature has been a wonderful addition to the platform. We use sign ups for weekend Masses in order to ensure we don't exceed our allowed "distanced" capacity at this time. Sign ups have also been helpful for Eucharistic Adoration and we'll continue using them for our various activities because they're user friendly, even for our elderly parishioners. Our Prayer Chain group has been very active in keeping everyone aware of those in need of our prayers, and other groups use Flocknote for meeting updates and sending out agendas or meeting minutes. The handy dashboard shows if someone has asked a question, so the appropriate person can promptly reply. It has been a wonderful resource for our Parish and we also appreciate the amazing Happiness Engineers that are always ready to assist when we have a question. We highly recommend that you give it a try!

I have had trouble receiving flock notes from my church. I sometimes get an initial notice for a need and then no update to tell me details.

We have been using Flocknote for a while and it has helped us to send notes and information to our congregation especially during the pandemic.

After reviewing several communication options for our church, we decided to go with Flocknote due to how easy it was to use and the cost was very minimal. WOW! We were not disappointed! I wish we would have found this earlier. An awesome program!!!

I regrewt to say I have reaf flocknotes but never sent one. Please remove my name from the list of those who have OR RESEND THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THOSE WHO WOULD LIKE TO TRY TO BEGIN.

I prefer Flocknote to our Church's bulletin. I can get the Flocknote on my phone and read it when it's convenient. I use it every week now to access our church's Mass Guide. Very helpful, and saves paper.

Flocknote has streamlined communications with our families for years now. It allows us flexibility and readability within a user friendly format. We have been using Flocknote for over 7 years and have experienced the growth of options and features. With the pandemic, Flocknote has been invaluable in our communication efforts.

Flocknote is helping our parish stay connected through these difficult times of the COVID 19 Pandemic. It is easy to use, and the library of content available to add prayer and formation to our emails is excellent. Thank you!

Flocknote is a GREAT communication tool. It is easy to use and very intuitive. Message delivery is very fast and easy to open for the recipients. The only suggestion/recommendation we would have is to increase the available characters on the text option from 160 to 180. Texts can sometimes appear abrupt due to the the character limit. But overall, the product is wonderful. Easy for members to join the group and easy to administer.

Flocknotes works great and is easy to use. I didn't give a full 5 stars as we started using the signup section and found it a bit cumbersome for the parishoners who are not connected to any technology. Other that that it works great as a communication tool.

My only problem is that I am a youth minister and have groups of kids and then groups of their parents separately for emails. I cannot put the same email in 2 different groups
