I needed to update a credit card on file and I was immediately given help where and how to do that. I appreciate great customer service as I have done it myself for many long years and it's important to always have good Customer Service in any company. That's what makes a member, or customer want to come back.

Using Flocknote has changed the way we reach our parishioners as it helps us focus on specific target groups like never before. The use of group texting as opposed to email has enhanced our effectiveness tremendously! The added image library is an excellent resource to instantly attract their attention to the message. Customer service is also superb! Thank you!

Although I'm somewhat technologically proficient, I'm not a programmer -LOL - so I do encounter questions now and then. Wow, Flocknote gets back to you so quickly - with answers and helpful videos. Just this weekend they helped me even though they were "out of the office" over the weekend. The suggestion they sent solved my question.

They are always very quick to respond with detailed, easy-to-follow explanations & suggestions. We have asked for help many (many many) times & they have always answered our queries precisely. We have had help by written email, video instructions tailored to address our question, or a phone call. Their assistance is so helpful & outstanding, & it often gives us more options than we could have imagined. They almost always makes any process even easier, teach us something that we can use to solve future issues, or introduce us to ways to use Flocknote that we had yet to discover. We are the biggest Flocknote fans!

Liz was so incredibly helpful in helping us navigate some issues with bad e-mails. She also pointed out how customizable Flocknote People is. Very impressed with our call!

I stumbled across flocknote somehow in looking for a replacement for the misfit relationship we had as a church with Mailchimp. At first I was hesitant to sign up for a trial that would eventual morph into a subscription. I started during the Christmas break and actually sent in a request for a price break ... within three or 4 days of using it I rescinded my request as I found it such a fantastic synchronizing of all of my digital communication with our congregation. I have tried to tell as many Pastor buddies about it. I would cancel MANY things that we use regularly before I would drop flocknote!

Flocknote has helped our parish connect in many ways. We are able to get important information out quickly to a large number of people. It is an excellent tool with many opportunities to learn better ways to communicate.

We needed to send our message via text rather than email, and we didn't remember how bypass email. Liz replied within an hour with just the help we needed. Message delivered!

We've only been using Flocknote for 3 days but find that it is a very professional service and provides our parish with something NEW!! It does take time to become familiar with how things work - the help section is good but you just need to try it and see how it works - it's hard to explain -- I met with the Pastor and in about 40 minutes we had figured out how to schedule 6 messages for lent and 6 text messages; Putting the signup on our website was easy using their embedded code (having done this on a weekly basis with our streaming service). Customer service has been VERY RESPONSIVE answering several questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I am a Catholic priest and Franciscan friar - but I used to work in the IT arena and have lots of experience with help desk, support calls, and the like. Most often the help is "running a checklist" and quite functional. In my almost 4 years of experience with Flocknote my experience with their Happiness Engineers is that they are the gold-standard for client support: professional, personal, and taking "the next step" in supporting your endeavor. In my 30+ years of experience they are the best.... and the nice thing is that the product is so good, you rarely need to call!

It is fast and efficient and doesn't get flagged by my usual text/email service because I'm trying to reach too many people. It is immediate and I can get out info in a timely manner.

I am a parishioner at Our Lady of Loreto in Foxfield, Colorado. I got asked to lead a Word on Fire Engage platform trial through Flocknote by my parish. As a part of this, I had to learn the Flocknote system and be able to communicate effectively with over 100 participants in 3 separate programs in our parish. I attended the Flocknote training sessions both scheduled and those available on the platform. The training provided and the personal care and attention of the Happiness Engineers to get me up and running in a very short period of time was outstanding. The Flocknote site has great functionality to provide effective communications with members of the parish. Impressed with the Word on Fire, Bishop Robert Barron content that was seamlessly integrated into the Flocknote platform. The ability to enhance evangelization efforts in the parish were truly impressive. Most of all I loved working with the Happiness Engineers, especially Mary Devlin. A true Joy to work with! It is clear she loves what she does!

So far, everything has gone really well. The staff at Flocknote have all been incredibly helpful and responsive.

We are still at the fledgling stage but we are really hoping to make this a great success of 2021!

I really do not know what Flocknote can and cannot do. I only use it to send a msg to my groups that if facilitate. It works for that. But I know it makes it easy for the parish to get news out quickly.

Church operations could not be done in this day-and-age without a tool such as Flocknote. You HAVE TO stay in contact with your parishioners because many things change weekly - if not daily! We make it super easy for parishioners to register for Flocknote. Flocknote makes is super easy for each individual to configure how they want to receive their communication from the church and which groups they want to hear from. Most of the IT related issues I've had to deal with related to parishioners' ISPs and how they handle spam. Very few issues were Flocknote-related. However, when I've turned to the Flocknote Tech Support team for help, they have been exemplary in terms of responsiveness and staying with the issue (including follow-up) until it is completely resolved to my satisfaction. Bottom line: great, indispensable tool, ease of use for end-users, and awesome tech support. We've been using Flocknotes for over 5 years and are extremely satisfied customers.

Five years ago, our parish was considering communication systems. Although we chose an app-based system for the parish, the Faith Formation team Flocknote so we could send messages to those registered in our programs. What a smart idea that we chose Flocknote! The app-based system has not met needs of parish...and we are now rolling out a parish-wide use of Flocknote. Easy-to-use tool, constantly enhancing functions, expanding content (e.g., library graphics and templates), and very friendly & professional staff. With our limited budget, Flocknote is cost-effective and great quality. Thank you!

I find Flocknote is well-organized, user-friendly, and it really does what it says it will. I had a small "learning curve" adding contacts, but once my information was correctly entered, I had no trouble communicating.
I work with children, so knowing my text messages are read by their parents in a timely manner is a necessity. Flocknote makes this easy! I do wish adding pictures to a text did not require an added fee.
Flocknote is a reliable resource for me, and I use it regularly.

This was a great working session and an excellent use of my time. Liz called promptly at our meeting time and we got right down to business, since both of us already had my Flocknote page open. She walked me through all my issues so I could do the learning (and not have her do it for me). At the same time, she backed up my draft message just in case I pushed the wrong thing. That removed all anxiety. I was delighted to be able to solve all my logistics problems very easily - all in a very productive half hour. For the system question, she followed up with an email that I could cut/paste to send to my participants who are not receiving the weekly Flocknote message, so I now have a strategy to pursue for that gnarly issue. BEST, I feel that I could contact her again if I run into another wall.

Using Flocknote for our parish has been a HUGE help, both before the pandemic but especially since the pandemic started. 1. It's easy to integrate signing up to receive our parish Flocknote emails on our website. 2. It's easy to design the email and input content. 3. They have pre-made templates that you can use to make your job easier. 4. The team is great at sharing resources for Flocknote admins, whether it's tips in emails, webinars, or reminders of features. One feature that we want to use but we haven't utilized due to the pandemic is that ministries can also create their own groups and use it while still being in the same system that the Pastor and Admins can see. It's its own ecosystem and I highly recommend it.

We have been using Flocknote for a few years and find it is an easy and effective way to communicate with our parishioners. Flocknote is user-friendly, provides great resources and offers excellent customer service. We can't imagine being without it!
