Hotel geboekt met mogelijkheid voor gratis annulering. Ze haalden echter gelijk het bedrag van onze rekening (maanden voordat we op reis zouden gaan). Door Corona ging de reis niet door en nu wachten we al 1,5 jaar op ons geld! Ze blijven de betaling maar uitstellen. Eerst zouden we voor eind 2020 ons geld retour krijgen. Maar tot op heden is er nog niets terugbetaald. We hopen nog steeds op een goede afloop, maar dit geeft heel veel onrust!

Reservé con esta empresa en Enero del 2019 para irnos en Septiembre. Me enteré por casualidad que el hotel cerró a causa del COVID pero nadie me avisó. Reclamé el dinero a Flixhotels por mail y me dijeron que a lo largo del año me devolverían el dinero. Estamos a 21 de Mayo del 2021 y no he recibido nada. Hice todas las gestiones con la Oficina del Consumidor y ellos tampoco han conseguido nada. Para nosotros 1.500€ es mucho dinero (eran nuestras vacaciones especiales, esperadas en años). Estafados y muy muy tristes. Mucho bajón.

Warte seit mehr als einem Jahr auf Erstattung meiner kostenlos stornierten Reise. Habe jetzt einen Fachanwalt eingeschaltet und gehe vor Gericht. Nie wieder Flexhotels!!!!!!

Unseriöse Praktiken, Hotel Anfang 2020 gebucht für Dezember 2020 und im August 2020 storniert wegen Covid-19.
Stornierung wurde bestätigt und Gutschein abgelehnt und Rückzahlung von 485€ wurde angestoßen und bestätigt. Warten nun seit August 2020 auf Rückzahlung! Hotline vertröstet immer, Einschreiben kommen zurück!
Diese Firma sollte angezeigt werden!!!

Booked in April 2020 for a hotel stay in November 2020, and specifically chose the option "can be cancelled without fees up to five days before". Cancelled well before that in October. They will not refund the payment. Originally they said by end 2020. Still nothing, and when you email to query it, the response is don't email us - you'll make the refund process even longer.

Tenia una reserva cancelable para agosto 2020. La cancelé hace más de 8 meses y sigo esperando el reembolso. Una auténtica estafa

Absolute thieving liars ...they have had my money now since December 2019 then guaranteed me it would be in my bank 31/12/2020 not a single response now it’s due in 2021 ...stopped replying to me now by email ...I’ve put one star but believe that was just to write this I’d give them minus 10 !!!!

Same story as everyone else, booking made and paid for over a year ago, cancelled because of covid 19, told refund will be 4-6 weeks still nothing nearly a year later, have been told refund will be in 2021 but I am sure this will then change to 2022 once this year is done, DO NOT USE!!!!

Son unos estafadores. No me han devuelto el dinero de una reserva que realice hace un año con cancelación gratuita.

Je suis dans la même situation. Ils ne répondent plus à mes mails et aucun remboursement. La demande date de juin avec annulation gratuite.
Une honte!
Ils m'ont proposé de re activer mon code pour effectuer une nouvelle réservation ce que j'ai refusé. Depuis silence totale.
Ils sont déterminés à ne jamais nous rembourser.

Kostenlos stornierbares Hotel via Trivago bei Flixhotels gebucht.

Erst wurde eine Rückzahlung angeboten, dann wurde ein Gutschein gesendet - den ich aber abgelehnt habe. Bis heute keine Rückerstattung der Firma, trotz KOSTENLOS STORNIERBARER Buchung.

Man wird nur hingehalten, im Callcenter wurde man ebenfalls nur hingehalten, immerhin mit dem ehrlichen Hinweis, dass die Mitarbeiter dort angehalten sind die Kunden zu vertrösten, die Firma habe kein Geld mehr. Kommunikation seitens der Firma nicht mehr vorhanden.

Bin unglaublich enttäuscht. NIE WIEDER!

Still no refund form Flixhotels, booked 9/4/2020
I had booked a trip with Flixhotels in early March 2020. I made a mistake in the booking and I was allowed to cancel it for free. My money would be returned within 6 weeks. #Flixhotel gave me the choice of a Voucher or money back in May. What a choice !!!! Of course I chose to refund my money. I was promised that I would get my money back within 6 weeks. This did not happen. Then an email came from flixhotels that I had to be patient and that the refund could take until 31/12/2020. Well it is now the 24/02/2021 and still no money back. Called and emailed several times now. Now the say that I will not receive it until 2021. This is an embarrassing company that has made false promises and has literally stolen money at this point. I know that I am not alone in this case. Save yourself future hassle and stress and don't use this company. They have had over 9 months to resolve my case and they have failed to do so.

Bokade hotel i Turkiet februari 2020 !!! med återbetalning 18000 kronor). Avbokade sedan och blev lovad att återbetalningen kommer att ske 31 dec. 2020 !!!!
Väntade många månader men någon återbetalning blev det inte. Under tiden mailade flera gånger och blev lovad samma sak.
Enormt oseriös verksamhet. Har skrivit till Trivago om detta. Visserligen har de ryggen fri enligt köpevillkor med det ger knappast ett gott rykte till Trivago.
Tips:
Jag vände mig till min kreditkortsleverantor, Mastercard och bad om återbetalning. De krävde underlag och sedan betalade hela summan direkt till mig.

boek hiet nooit , geen service geen bereikbaarheid. wij wachten al van 4 april 2020 op het terug betalen, van het door ons betaalde geld. reis was geanulleerd door corona. BOEK HIER DUS NOOIT......
