First class company from the first contact to soil test results. Needed a plasticity index test on an extension,had no experience of this before. Jemma explained everything clearly for me,so I was not paying over the odds for tests which were not needed. Dropped the soil off on the Wednesday & results were back by Sunday evening..

We started using Flawless just under 3 months ago and we have always received amazing service from Jemma and the team. They are very communicative and willing to explain some of the finer details when it comes to certain tests, this is great because we then have a better understanding, this proves they have the knowledge to conduct the testing needed to a high standard.

I highly recommend Flawless Soils. Jemma helped us understand which tests were needed to fulfill the building inspectors requests. Pricing was competitive and even though it was a Friday afternoon Jemma tested our samples over the weekend so the results would be complete for us Monday.
