We were recommended Harmony Jewels by another couple who had a fantastic experience, and I’m pleased to say they did not disappoint.

From the moment we met Rabia, she was an absolute joy to work with. She was friendly, enthusiastic and clearly incredibly knowledgeable about jewellery and diamonds. Throughout the process, there was never any pressure to make a decision or spend more than we were comfortable with. Instead, Rabia took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect engagement ring for my fiancée.

What really stood out was her flexibility and willingness to work with us on price, ensuring we got exactly what we wanted. Once the ring was being made, Rabia remained in regular contact, providing updates and keeping us informed every step of the way, which made the whole experience feel personal and reassuring.

The finished ring exceeded our expectations and my fiancée absolutely loves it.

Had a great experience working with Antea for the initial enquiry, selection and creation of the ring while Rabia was more than helpful with all things to do with resizing. Couldn’t ask for better experience and would recommend to anyone looking to shop for an engagement ring.

We visited Harmony Jewels after looking at a few other stores around Hatton Garden, and from the moment we met Antea, we had a feeling this was where we wanted to find our engagement ring.

Antea was absolutely amazing and made what can be quite a complex and emotional process feel easy, enjoyable and really special. We initially had no idea exactly what we wanted, but she was incredibly patient with us and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. Instead, she gently guided us through different styles, helping us understand what we liked and didn’t like, and gradually narrow everything down.

We came back for a few appointments, and Antea gave us the same care and attention every time. By the end, we had found a ring and diamond that we absolutely loved - unique, elegant, and completely perfect for my partner.

The whole experience felt very personal, and we’re so grateful to Antea for being such a lovely part of such an important moment for us. We couldn’t be happier with the ring.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Rabia at Harmony Jewels while designing a bespoke engagement ring for my fiancé.

From the moment we met Rabia in the shop, she was incredibly welcoming, engaging and knowledgeable. She immediately made what could have been quite an overwhelming process feel exciting and personal. One of the things that impressed us most was how quickly she was able to identify the bespoke designs my fiancé had picked out from the shop windows, and then explain the key features of each one. This really helped us understand what it was about those designs that appealed to us and what elements we wanted to incorporate into the final ring.

Rabia then helped me select a beautiful diamond and guided me through every stage of creating the ring. She made the whole experience genuinely personalised, giving me the freedom to specify even the smallest details — including the type and shape of the side stones and how I wanted them set within the band.

Throughout the process, Rabia was incredibly patient and accommodating, allowing me to adapt and refine the design as we went along. I’m incredibly grateful for the time, care and attention she put into helping me achieve exactly what I had hoped for.

Both my fiancé and I are absolutely delighted with the final result. The ring is genuinely perfect, and we couldn’t be happier with it.

I had an appointment with Esra to look for an emerald ring- I had absolutely no idea what I was doing as I have never proposed to someone before, but she was so patient and welcoming that it made the whole experience enjoyable rather than stressful.

We went through multiple different options and styles until we found the perfect ring. Esra was very kind and understanding, and took her time explaining in detail the stones I was showed and the important information that comes with it.
