Education was divided by two parts: working on the self-managing teams and client acquisition.

I've started from the teams and it was a great investment of my first half of 2023: I have made the structure of delivery team, their functions, scope of works, quality standards and hired two account managers and a delivery manager. Before working with FlashHub:
- I had no idea how to work efficiently with my remote team of freelancers
