Working with FlashHub and using the AI Funnel Generator has been a great experience.

The biggest takeaway for me was the microtesting process. It was a completely new approach that I hadn't seen before. We engaged Flash Hub in February 2026 for their EUR 3,150 lead generation package with a guarantee of at least 10 qualified leads. After 6 years running Kreante across 35 countries, this is the worst provider experience we have had and my first bad review I’m sharing in my 15+ years of professional experience. I just want to prevent future business owners that are thinking about recruiting this company.
Total spent: over EUR 5,000 (service fee plus actual Facebook ad spend, USD 2,061.68 according to our bank statement, not the USD 1,749.97 Flash Hub claimed). Result after the campaign: 19 form submissions, 12 counted as qualified per the contract definition, 0 discovery calls with genuine intent, 0 clients closed, 0 business value delivered. Tens of hours spent chasing contacts who were unreachable, did not remember filling the form, had no budget, misunderstood our services, or had no actual need. These are still count as qualified lead by Flashub ?
After signing, there was no onboarding call. Instead, a generic AI video was sent, the same one I later saw being reused for other clients in my feed. The campaign launched around March 5. The last proactive message from their team in our Slack was March 11. That is 6 days of active follow-up out of 30. I had to stop the Facebook campaign myself one month in, when ad spend had crossed USD 2,000 while the maximum we had defined together was USD 1,500. No one from Flash Hub flagged it, paused it, or even noticed.
The contract defines a qualified lead as a completed form with valid contact details and a claimed title and revenue. Flash Hub's own marketing email from February 17, 2026 defines a qualified lead as a decision maker with genuine interest, which is closer to what a software agency actually needs. When I asked directly, in writing and multiple times, whether the contacts delivered (unreachable, no memory of us, no budget, no need) qualified as real qualified leads, I never received a straight yes or no.
After requesting a full refund per the contract terms, Flash Hub refused and offered only EUR 1,500 conditional on signing a settlement that was never mentioned in the original contract. Clauses 4 and 5 of that settlement prohibit any feedback or review in any media, written or spoken, directly or indirectly, including reviews, social media, forums, and third-party communications. They also require removal of any prior negative content. This contractual structure may help explain the scarcity of negative reviews currently visible online: clients who accept partial refunds are contractually silenced.
