I ordered some beds and bedroom furniture on behalf of a client. All items were described as in stock on the website at the time of the order and it was confirmed by email that it would take one week to deliver. Six weeks later the beds finally arrived. I had paid for assembly of the beds and once they were installed it became apparent that there was damage to one of the beds. Flanagans have refused to engage on this matter - no reply to any emails. Shocking service. I definitely won't be ordering anything from Flanagans again.

Customer service is absolutely appalling. A bed just over a year old is no longer usable due to a defect in the frame and twisted bracket. Company response was to recommend I get a handy man.
Prices are not cheap but products are lacking in quality, do not be fool by their website like I was.
Quality and reliable service is not guaranteed.

I placed an order for a mirror which was displayed as being in stock on Feb 27th. On Feb 28th the full cost was charged to my credit card. Approx delivery was stated as "ASAP" on the invoice issued. Now, more than 7 weeks later, there's still no sign of the mirror. When I click on the link for tracking details, I see that the item has yet to reach the warehouse. I appreciate that orders take time to process, but the "in stock" and "ASAP" delivery details led me to believe I'd have the item by now. If the retailer had been upfront with realistic delivery details I could have made an informed decision as to whether I wanted to proceed with the purchase.

Update:
Mirror was delivered today, 8 weeks after order was placed. Driver was very pleasant; waited for me to open packaging to make sure I was satisfied with the item.

After reading mixed reviews I wasn't sure whether to order but I have to say I'm glad I did. I Ordered a gold mirror as a present for someone and it came within the 2 weeks. Absolutely delighted with it! Exactly like the picture 😊

Bought a fantastic double ottoman bed last year from Flanagan's. Ordering was made very easy by phoning in and the delivery driver could not have been more helpful.The bed was so easy to put together. All in all a great experience and I will be ordering from them again soon. Delighted with our purchase.

I tend to judge companies not on the efficiency of how they take and deliver your order , but on how they deal with your complaint... After all we accept mistakes can happen, but it how the mistake is rectified which is important.. I ordered a coffee table and another table from Flanagan's, excellent service, prompt delivery.. Wrote to them saying all was fine except 2 adjustable feet were missing from one table.. No reply !!!.. I wrote to them again and received below from MD on the 12th of December 2021

Really poor experience. Ordered some bar stools that were quite expensive in September last year. Order was processed, money taken but had to wait almost 5 months for them to be delivered. I had to chase many times, each time ignored. Until eventually I contacted the CEO directly and something was done. We've had them less than a year and they are falling to bits. They were made badly with the material stretched too tight so they are already torn and look as though we've had them 10 years. I contacted the company for help or ideas on repairs and they said we had cleaned them with something too abrasive (we hadn't) so there was nothing they would do. Awful service. I recommend people look elsewhere than this firm

Amazing place to buy furniture. Ordered online and delivery was so easy. 100% recommend these guys

Really disappointed with this table
Bought a console table (flat pack) and drawer was damaged but it was like paper covering wood, really thin and poor quality.
Even damaged drawer aside, still not assembled as no pre made holes for drawer and extremely poor instructions
This wasn’t expensive but very poor quality just like paper covering wood.
Emailed several times but have heard nothing back

I bought two pieces of furniture on separate occasions from Flannigan's,a book case and a tv stand ( Mexican pine ) , both are beautiful . What impressed me was the customer service . There was a slight delay on one of my orders and being able to talk to a person on the phone was very reassuring . Ordering on line can be scary but I'd feel confident with this company .

Flannigan staff member was of great assistance when I double ordered she sorted out everything out and made great suggestion to enhance my order all while organising my refund very good customer skills I'll use flannigan again

Ordered a Jenny 2 Drawer Study Desk and it has turned out to be the biggest engineering project in the house just to assemble this thing. 20 different types of screws and nuts. Instruction manual couldn't be more confusing and unclear. Would've bought from Ikea if I wanted to go through this pain. The material quality is quite poor too. Wouldn't buy from here again.

Some time ago I purchased a beautiful bookcase from Flanagans online. Arrived on time. Am vey pleased with both the product and the service

Bought a console table about 5 weeks ago. It is still unmade in my hallway as it is poor quality. Pieces that are meant to fit together don't. There is no pre-made holes for the screws/pieces to go into. The instructions are so vague. Terribly disappointed with the product and service. Much better off going to IKEA or JYSK.

Absolutely terrible experience, we ordered and paid for a console table in the 1st week of Jan 2021, despite the site showing the item would be available in a few weeks we are still waiting for delivery 9 months later. Customer service have not been able to give us any date. Even emailing the owner did not seem to make any difference as I am still waiting for a reply nearly a month later - Avoid at all costs !!

Very good quality and a reasonable price. Delivery outstanding, as received a dresser before last Christmas, after I ordering it late

Bravo; my sideboard arrived less than a week after I have ordered, I did not expect such a fast delivery. I am happy with the service and the furniture, it takes few hours to assembled following the clear instructions. It looks good and fits for purpose.
