Great company and the 3 lighter i have are fantastic. Transparency here 1 lighter did stop working properly but I emailed their Customer Support team and they advised me on some troubleshooting and when that didn't work they didn't hesitate to replace my lighter with a new one. Honestly Customer service 5/5, product 5/5 and satisfaction 5/5. Will recommend them to anyone looking for a good lighter

As stated on our website and in the order confirmation email, we’re unable to ship our lighters with fuel, so they’ll need to be filled upon arrival before use. If you’ve filled your lighter and it's still having troubles, please reach out to us over email at support@flamespade.com and we'll be more than happy to help!
All of our lighters come with a 1-Year Warranty, so if you've received a faulty lighter, we're always happy to send a free replacement at no charge.
Regarding the shipping times, as stated on our Shipping Policy, orders to Europe are estimated to arrive within 9–18 business days, so the three-week timeframe is within the expected delivery window depending on weekends and transit times.
All support tickets are answered within 24 hours, so if you're having any troubles with your lighter, please feel free to reach out at your earliest convenience!

amazing customer service
I bought a pack of three lighters, and unfortunately 2 of them didn’t work properly. However, when I contacted customer service, their responses were very fast and clear, and they didn’t hesitate to offer me a full refund — and I didn’t even have to send the lighters back.
Even if the lighters themselves were not that good (probably a factory issue), the support and customer service were excellent.

Awesome site with lots of potential
I’ve loved collecting lighters since I was 13 and when I turned old enough to be able to purchase my own I scoured through random stores looking for cool lighters but they just had overpriced lighters that all looked similar and even other sites just had overpriced lighters that honestly have no character through this site I’ve been able to find extraordinary lighters that can’t be found anywhere else I have 100s of lighters and through this site I’ll be adding dozens more. My only request is that they add a vintage section where they themselves purchase old lighters and revamp them I think that would be a cool idea also they should do a mystery box where you have the opportunity get lighters of varying prices maybe ones that they don’t normally sell that would be really exciting also they respond if you have a question about anything so that’s really nice.

This company makes the best custom…
This company makes the best custom lighters and has some of the best customer support I've ever experienced. Literally always fixes issues within the same day and makes sure customers are treated fairly. I got a defective lighter and the couldn't send me a replacement for weeks bc it was sold out so they let me choose a different lighter which cost a little bit more and shipped it to me for free. Couldn't give a higher rating.
