Fast and friendly response time
Fast and friendly response time, personalized support. Good, relevant info on website as well. RE: the "indestructible match" - very small, compact for bigger hands and fatter fingers to operate. Takes some time to get stroke down that creates sparks, especially if you've had to adjust the wick. Also, wick should not be kept burning long as it seems to degrade the threads of the wick. The carabiner clip makes it easy to carry the 'match' attached to different types of gear for easy access and the fact that it's waterproof provides many opportunities to attach it to various pieces of exposed gear. Not the only "lighter" I'd want but one that makes for a unique and functional gift.

RE: Hi Tom, thanks for the additional feedback on your Indestructible Match. We’re glad to hear you appreciate the compact design and carabiner clip.
We also appreciate the detailed feedback about getting the right striking motion and not letting the wick burn too longer. We always recommend making sure the lighter has sufficient fuel to ensure the wick doesn't char!
It's awesome to know you'd find it to be a unique and functional gift as well. Once again, feel free to reach out if you ever need anything, and we look forward to serving you again in the future!
Amazing Gift Idea!
Bought this as a birthday present and let's just say he was more then happy to be receiving such cool looking lighters. I understand some say they are "small" but I would say they are the same size as a normal lighter so personally I don't find their size as an issue.
Their light-sabre one is a lot more big then I thought it would be, it is very heavy, very good quality - the different coloured lights and their intensity were also amazing to look at. 100% recommend, would definitely buy from here again!

Get the lighters!!!
First of all, you could buy a wallet as a lighter that was my favorite gift. She literally opened it and then threw it across the room. It was hilarious. Of course it went out you know because it’s not a danger but yeah, I know I’ll be buying for you guys again.

Correction.
Recently i wrote a review regarding my lighter not working. Only to find out that the lighter did not have butane when it was delivered. Hence, it did not light. I did not know that. I should have read the instructions thoroughly before i made my review. I then added butane and the lighter worked perfectly fine and as advertised. Thank you for doing a great job.

Absolute garbage products
Absolute garbage products do you think I am dumb I know they don’t come with lighter fluid these are dropship junk garbage. It’s the second time you asked me to review. Stop asking it will be the same every time. I don’t want money back refund nothing. My review is not going to be bought. I bought 5 lighters 5 all in the trash. I didn’t buy a single lighter. Who said I want you to do anything for me. You guys sent this review to me. I didn’t post this without being solicited. You want to replace my lighters or refund my lighters so long as I take my review down. I will not and I am not looking for anything from you

Hi Michael, we're sorry to hear if you had a negative experience in any way.
Checking from our end, we've already replied to the review you left on our website, and we've reached out to you over email to help you out with your lighters, but we haven't received a reply to either.
Please note, as stated on our website and in the order confirmation email, we’re unable to ship our lighters with fuel so they’ll need to be filled upon arrival.
If you’ve filled them with butane and they’re having troubles igniting, we kindly ask that you please follow up at your earliest convenience.
All of our lighters come with a 1-Year Warranty, and we're always more than happy to set you up with a free replacement if you've received a faulty lighter.
Please reply to our email, or reach out to us directly at support@flamespade.com at your earliest convenience and we'll be more than happy to help!
*Edit: Hi Michael, thanks for updating your review. We're always more than happy to help troubleshoot the issue if your lighters are having any troubles. Given we haven't received any replies to our emails trying to help you, and that you've stated that you don't want a refund and that you've disposed of all 5 lighters, there is little we can do further to help. However, you're always welcome to reach out anytime if anything changes, and we'll be happy to issue a refund (despite all 5 lighters being disposed of) as a one-time exception on your first order with us.
*Edit 2: Hi Michael, thanks again for updating your review. Just to be clear, we never once asked you to take down your review. We offered to issue a full refund on your order as a gesture of good will, despite you saying you would not like a refund, and all 5 lighters being disposed of without troubleshooting. If you'd like the refund we mentioned, please let us know and we'll be happy to issue that for you right away. Otherwise, if you need anything further, please reach out to us over email at support@flamespade.com and we'll be happy to help.
